Well written guide to overcoming adversity & achieving your goals through Vision, Mindset & Grit. I particularly liked the authors quote from the poem Invictus by William Ernest Hensley

It is an easy and quick read, but can serve as a valuable reference tool with many examples of how to apply his system.
