I just finished reading the Kindle version of Having a Positive Thinking Mindset, and I think it’s a really solid guide for anyone who’s looking to make a real change in their life. What stood out to me was how practical and approachable the advice is. It’s not just fluffy “think positive” talk. The book dives into real, actionable steps you can take every day to improve your mindset. Even if you’ve struggled with negativity or self-doubt for years, this book feels like a doable path to making a shift.

What I liked most was that it didn’t promise overnight miracles. It focuses on long-term, sustainable change, which feels a lot more realistic. The author gives a lot of personal stories and science-backed strategies that make it easier to relate to and trust the process. The Review

This was an impactful nonfiction read. The world we live in constantly throws up the possibility of anxiety, stress, and mental health struggles. Negativity can constantly surround people on a day-to-day basis, and having a process in which people can find peace and change their mindset is crucial, which makes this book truly stand out.

It was amazing to discover the author's emphasis on exploring the structure of thought itself and the ways in which people’s minds can alter reality. The steps the author lays out to help readers discover the power of positivity and the impact it can have both mentally and emotionally were straightforward and engaging. Confronting the impact that the internet and social media have on our minds was also thought-provoking.

The Verdict

Memorable, insightful, and educational, author Phoenix Bloom’s “Having a Positive Thinking Mindset” is a must-read nonfiction and inspirational read. Having a positive thinking mindset is like planting a garden and doing all the right things!

The author had many creative and well structured words to lead us into understanding who we are and the importance of having positivity, reflection, altruism, ability to influence society and others around us on our journey to a positive mindset. It was put it in the setting of a garden, planting good seeds and caring for it and harvesting a beautiful positive mind set that include body and mind care. There were so many words used describing the fabric of life and how we fit in it. The author actually made it all so easy especially with the garden metaphor. It was encouraging and a way if possible we could all live. We definitely didn't forget journaling, a positive outlet. I loved it and recommend this book.

"Having a Positive Thinking Mindset: Unlocking Resilience and Happiness" is exactly what I needed. Positive thinking is a continuous journey, and even though I've been working on my mindset for years, it's always valuable to revisit the steps from a fresh perspective. This book not only reminds you of the basics but also provides simple and practical ways to apply them. Definitely a book I recommend. I will re-read it as many times as I can.

The author does a fantastic job of addressing the implications of positive thinking and associated strategies at a high level. This book is perfect for individuals who are trying to familiarize themselves with the concept of positive thinking without becoming overwhelmed with technical detail. The strategies recommended throughout this book allow the reader to find specific topics they can research in greater depth from additional resources. Great introductory book on positive thinking.

A very detailed approach!!

This book has a very interesting and detailed approach to the subject. The authors analytical approach provides us with a clear and structured path to achieve a positive thinking mindset. Highly recommend it.

Technical but thorough

This isn't written in an everyday voice, but still has so much information that it's worth a read. From gratitude journaling to the importance of a good community, this really is a wealth of knowledge.

strong resource

This book is easy to understand and has a lot of great analogies to help with that understanding. I especially liked the section on leadership. Good resource.
