Having executed commercial leases in my years in business, I wish I had this read this book. It would have served me so well over my career. If you are entertaining a commercial lease, please read this well written book before you sign and regret that signature. A commercial lease can have a huge impact on your company's bottom line so make sure you know what you are doing.
