I've become increasingly aware of toxic positivity. It all comes down to understanding nuisance. “Life is more full of possibilities than we realize — in fact, almost anything is possible. You can unlock all this unlimited potential by keeping a positive mindset and following the four-step system. First, cultivate a positive attitude and build a vision of your ideal future. Then, develop a strategic plan to work your way there slowly. Finally, put your plan into action by giving it a go. Even if you stumble, each misstep is a learning opportunity.
Actionable advice:
Refine your practice with the KFC system.
No one succeeds on the first try. Usually, getting things right involves a bit of trial and error. No matter what skill you’re working on, perfect it with some KFC. First, Know what outcome you want, then Find out whether you’re achieving that goal with some critical self-assessment. If you’re not getting it right, Change to a different approach.”

I love the way Rob shares personal and professional anecdotes in 'It's all possible' (look out for the Alisa Camplin story). This book is about confident and dogged commitment to your goals, and enjoying the ride. I was delighted to narrate on Rob's behalf, and hope I did his storytelling justice :>)
My favorite bit: possibility versus truth. So often we dismiss ourselves in the face of facts that may not be true. Unconsciously, we may sense what we perceive is not true, and ignore our subconscious.
Elon Musk is quoted saying that 80% of statistics are untrue. For example, newspapers are not in the business of selling the truth. They are in the business of selling stories. Once you understand the motivation of the people who print the 'truth', it is easier to listen to ourselves.
Nice work, Rob ! There are so many parts of the book that have been ding-donging my brain. Too many to put down 😲 in a post.
