I don’t feel like I have a severe anxious attachment style, I was still able to takeaway several lessons that can help calm my mind when it goes to places from my past marriage that isn’t happening in my current relationship. I like how each chapter ends with a takeaway and “tests” you and your partner can do together or individually.
