If you love vampires and those that hunt them, you need to buy this unputdownable collection right now! Nothing is as it seems as the clock ticks down. The chemistry between Amersyn and Maciah scorches these pages. With strong themes of found family, friendship and choosing your own destiny, this dark tale will weave it's way into your heart. This series is both beautifully addictive and just so well written, making the plot absolutely brilliant.

Im rating this series as a whole since I read it as an omnibus so there will be spoilers for the entire series. Will try to keep them to a minimum

I dont know what is going on with me and these books. I adored the first one, second one suffered from middle book syndrome, and book 3 was meh. It started off so strong! I love Amersyn even if she is annoying and a complete bitch. She's a bad ass. This author writes sassy bad ass women and I love that! I loved learning Amersyn's history and why things happened to her. However, the subsequent books after book 1, were so boring!!! It didnt help, compared to Amersyn, Maciah felt so 2 dimensional. He was more of a filler character than an active participant in the story. There were other issues throughout the books that made me roll my eyes but Amersyn kept me reading

Scorned by Blood : The Complete Series was great - I listened to it while driving to visiting family for Thanksgiving!! I absolutely love this author and the readers of these books are great they do such an amazing job!!!! I absolutely loved this book - enjoyed the back and forth and how hate went to love ❤️ and how one man did so much destruction- all for power !! I purchased all the audible books by this author- I definitely recommend reading it listening to this series.

I’m not nearly as interested as I thought I would be. Book one starts with action, then drags on with only short bursts of either action or plot development. I hope book two moves more quickly.
Just finished the second book and I can’t figure out why I’m still emotionally detached. All of the elements for excellence are here, but I don’t really care about the FMC or her need for vengeance.
5 stars because this is very well written and I can’t explain why I didn’t love it.

Loving this series of the Mystics and Mayhem world! And Amersyn is one of my favorite MCs of all time, even if she doesn't swear nearly enough. Her sarcasm makes up for it. I think my favorite part of the series is the open and honest communication between Amersyn and Maciah. They also never let their friendships with others get in the way or fall away amidst their relationship with each other. Can't wait to see if they reappear in future Mystics and Mayhem books!

Another excellent series by Heather. This series took me to another supernatural world let made me happy and sad l would luv to see Am pregnant otherwise the original Vampires are gone forever. Maybe this could be another series for you to write. The Mysticsand Mayhem series is exciting a great read you won’t be disappointed.

Ouch
Okay this stuff is entertaining but just too angsty sometimes, and I am not a fan of main-ish characters getting killed off. I'm off to continue my hunt for an entertaining author who is humorous and positive and can find ways to put tension in a plot without murdering people I have vested emotion in.

A pulse-pounding, blood-pumping, sometimes heartbreaking trilogy featuring twists, nail-biting action, and an ending that left me both somewhat sad and happy.
Oh my goodness! This book is filled with emotion. I was constantly brought from one extreme to the other, and I loved every moment of it. Strong characters. Detailed world building.

Good read - Different take on vampires
This was a different take from other vampire stories. I enjoyed the Original Vampire persona. Some tension , fighting and true love. Some sadness. I really enjoyed the extended chapters at the end. I enjoy seeing where they go after the end of an issue. I recommend this read.

Story was entertaining enough and I don't mind instalove or predictable. Only thing I hated was the audible narrator. She whispered and echoed. It was awful.
