A great guide for introverts

This is a great guide for introverts in leadership positions. What I truly appreciate is the message to be your happily introverted self rather than trying to force yourself into acting as if. A message all introverts could benefit from!

A must read for all introverts!

This book turns upside down the common narrative of 'extrovert good - introvert bad.' It challenges and informs the reader to embrace introverted qualities as strengths, such as the ability to communicate effectively because communication is thought out and planned well. Michael guides the reader step-by-step with easy to follow lessons and suggestions that are sure to strengthen the introverted self for the best. I bought this book originally as an eBook, however because I liked it so much, I bought a paperback to give as a gift. Thanks Michael. Great read.
