Contiene la información de las 8 ramas del Ashtanga y información sobre la realización de los asanas de la primera serie sin ninguna floritura adicional, información concisa y escueta. Esto puede hacer de más difícil acceso la información, pero si ya se conoce agiliza la consulta. Además contiene una versión de los mantra muy útil. A nivel de realización de posturas y conocer efectos me gustó más Luz sobre el Yoga de Iyengar, pero a nivel de secuencia al tratarse este de Ashtanga me ha sido de mayor utilidad.
