The most impressive phrase in this book is "Don't get off a horse even if your pace is slow." The author's boss, an elderly man in his 70s, shared this wisdom when she faced challenges writing her thesis due to her children falling sick frequently. The phrase means that if you stop, starting over will be challenging. However, if you keep going little by little, your efforts will bear fruits. I have also struggled to find time to study English or read books due to numerous household chores and the responsibilities of raising kids, in addition to my office work. As a result, my progress in improving my English skills has been slow, leading to frustration. Nevertheless, I learned the significance of continuing to study from the phrase, even when the available time for studying is limited.
