Three homeless teens who have formed a friendship of sorts live together by the river. The police come to raid and they get separated. They did find each other again and had to decide what to do. Bobby had found a stopwatch hidden in some reeds. This was a very special watch--by turning it forward or backwards the teens time traveled. Not all of the adventures were good ones. They finally throw the stop watch away--board a train and head off to find out what the world has in store for them next.
This is a short novella which will take no time to read. I believe it is one of the first books this author has ever attempted--so give it a try! Indigo
I had some confusion about what time period they were in and how time moved. Once I got the rhythm, I realized how awesome the story is. The characters were really wonderful and the storyline was fun. I am hoping to see more from this author.
