Listened while I am making it through the last few hours of work! I love the narrators voice! It is like a warm hug on a cold day 😍! I am in love with this man. Sheesh 😅😫

All the "feels" just in time for the holidays.
What happens when all the AI's get together and plan a surprise for the women of Earth under their care?
Loads of heartwarming feel goods, smiles, laughs and maybe even a few sniffles. This was so sweet and even had a little bit of heat, even a little bit of mystery of stories to come!
I'll say this, the House of DaR knows how to throw a PARTY!

The AI's out did themselves as the event unfolded, including adding a surprise they engineered for themselves.

I always grab your books as soon as you release them. I even have your audio book of DaR. This was a great short read. One question, who does Danny belong to? I must have missed that in one of your books. Please continue, especially with the sons of DaR.

I have read them all. Once I read DaR, I was hooked. Jennifer this series is a masterpiece. Can't wait until the next one. Sage, Andi, and Scout more power to the AI's.

A house of DaR celebration is the fifth book in the Daverius, House of DAR series, and it is a celebration of all holidays from Earth for their women, all thrown together in one day by AIs.
What a great and original read! It is sad, loving, and heart-warming, and most of all fun. Yes, there were some tears.
I like Sci-fi tales because anything goes, and it's not weird. The world that Jennifer has created is full of modern technology, along with AIs that are more than they seem.
The story is told in multiple POV, which makes the story more immersive. There is action, a variety of aliens who are just big teddy bears.
Yes, there are some editing issues, but they don't detract from the story, not enough to be a pain in the arse.

Absolutely Refreshing
This is my favorite one! Oh my god I laughed so hard I cried. Who knew having a story separate for the AIs would be so good. I’m so glad the author decided to give SAGE, SCOUT and ANDI their own separate piece of this series. It was so exciting seeing things from their perspective and the relationship between all three of them was so delightful to read. This was a refreshing and exhilarating read. I also must admit that I found the intimacy between SAGE and SCOUT more thrilling than the actual “human” characters of the series. I would love to read more of this 😌.

Spoiler: I think Sage is a great character and I'm glad to see her evolve. The physical form idea is great. I love the idea that Sage is frustrated by everyone looking up at the ceiling when they talk to her, which makes sense from her perspective. Every time I read her lines, I hear the voice of "Sara" from the tv series "Eureka". If you ever watched it, it will make sense to you. Anyways, I found her evolution to be highly entertaining. Can't wait to read her book.

A fun short story.
This is such a cute short story! The child, Keida, is going to be a lovely challenge for the adults. This book also seems to be a bridge to future character's books.
But where is your proofreader!? Many of the sentences are very awkward to read, with commas and periods in poor placement! There are some, but not as many, incorrect word use. Winch instead of wince? Unless this is a regional or colloquial version that I wouldn't know.
Nevertheless, I'm still going to continue the series, because I really like the characters.

Nothing like a party!!!!!
I loved that Sage celebrated some of the holidays that we on Earth have and gave everyone gifts tailored to them and their heritage. The one I love the most was Kira's gift..the fact that she got yo see her children's lives flourish even though she is light-years away, and so far in the future, they no longer exist. Kira can now live a new life and still remember her past, and DaR loves her all the better for it.
Mrs. Miller, you have talent and a very intriguing and interesting imagination.

I absolutely adore this series and this slice of life short story was such a fun addition to it. Page is fantastic IMO even though the Terminator movies instilled a real fear of AI in me 😂. If AI ever becomes self aware it would be fantastic if they were like Page, Scout and Andy.
My biggest complaint about this shorty is that there were no explanations of the holidays given. I would have liked to hear some of the things that Kira and the girls told the males of the House of DaR as they celebrated.
I was a bit disappointed in Tor Thom’s performance this time around as he frequently screwed up the pronunciation of Keida’s name. Emily Sutton-Smith did her usual wonderful job.

Totally EXCELLENT Again 😁
The House of DaR series has been absolutely AMAZING 😃. Each story is completely unique and keeps you turning pages, unable to be put down 😉. This story took the BEST of all the stories and took all of the wonderful traditions and blended them together 😊. Thanks again Jennifer, you're truly an awesome writer and I look forward to reading more 🤓.

So it filled me in on whatever I may have missed character wise in the last one. We get introduced to more. Really good have used a few read overs by the author. READ THEM ALLOWED YOU WILL HERE HOW AWKWARD MANY OF YOUR PHRASES ARE.
It also seems to be dipping back into fantasy land which is what made me dnf book 4. So I hope she goes back on track

Great reading.
I love these books. The emotions they draw out of me is unbelievable. Each character is wonderfully developed and magically written. Each book can be read separately but I have really enjoyed reading in order. They family the author has made is full of unique characters and each one is wonderfully developed.

Great Book
I liked everything about the story. It was exciting to see the Al's plan everything for the celebration so Dar's sons could see what their human wife's missed from earth. You won't be disappointed in any way when reading this book.

Not what I expected.
To begin with I expected some heat but there was none of that. Okay, well I can live with that. This book is more about the AI than it is about humans or their alien mates. It's interesting and kind of fun but I'll just leave it at that . 😁
