OMG what a fab addition to this series! It’s fast paced and action packed and was we follow Nadine on her journey to find the Oaken wands and break the curse in Octavia Falls! It’s a great read that’s draws you in from the very beginning with its mystery, intrigue and magic. The characters are fantastic and the twists and turns had me gasping and on the edge of my seat. Witches, wizards, curses, magic, drama, action this has a little of everything and is oh so good!

The Cauldren's Curse be Brewing in Octavia Falls
Had to read this book twice. Woo, the emotions from this book makes me go a little crazy, ya know?
The Nightshade still has it holds over the people of Octavia Falls. It's up to Nadine, Lucas, Talia, and Grant to solve the mystery. IN the meantime, Nadine gets dove as High Priestess of the Curse Breaker clan. but is she really a priestess? will everyone treat her like one? or will everyone still consider her an outsider with kids' glove? Hmm.. good question, no?
Talia finally find her love in a certain witch from the Alcemy clan but will Grant get his head togethr to finally get his woman? I truly hope so!
LUcas struggles to find his inner peace in his never ending whirlwind of depression and it takes a certain new thing to finally help him.
As a whole.. they're task to find the Alcemy wand that Nadine's grandfather has hidden. But there aren't enough clues to even start looking. Will the group find the wand for the Imperium Council? Will they find out who's dealing nightshade? Will the burning and hanging ever stop?
These are truly great question. Wanna find out? Y'all might want to check this latest installment of College of Witchcraft serie.

Nadine has a secret that she must never let the council find out about. Nadine is a Curse Breaker. There has not been a curse breaker for many, many years. But somehow the council has found out about her secret they now know that she is a Curse Breaker.
The council has asked Nadine to hunt the Oaken Wands. The wands can be used to return everyone's magic in Octavia Falls. They have more like demanded that she look for these magic wands. They have more like blackmailed her into it by threatening the people of Octavia Falls.
Meanwhile, Lucas has a job of his own. He is out looking for the person that is distributing the drug called Nightshade. He suspects that it has something to do with how crazy everyone's magic has been acting lately.
Lucas and Nadine must work together to find the person responsible for this magical drug. It was hard for Nadine and Lucas to be together after their break-up. Both still have very strong feelings for each other but they both think that their being apart is the best thing for both of them because of the curse.
The Cauldron's Curse is a magical read that pulled me in from the beginning and didn’t let go until the last page. The mystery and the magic are what kept the pages turning for me. Well, so did the characters, humans, and cats both of course.
I felt bad for both Nadine and Lucas with them not being together but knowing they cared so deeply for each other. It hit both of them so hard but they showed it in different ways. Both are so very lucky as they have some very great friends that helped them deal with it all.
I was very shocked to see how it all turned out I never expected it to end the way it did. My heart just broke for Nadine, Lucas, and everyone else with how it all turned out and what happened to their friends. I could see it all playing out in my head as if I was right there. Usually, this is a good thing and it is but there were a few scenes I would like to forget as they were so very sad and uncalled for. But I would still like to see The Cauldron's Curse on the big screen in all its glory just the same.

As Nadine and Lucas broke up in the previous title, the relationships among the group are seriously strained. While Nadine hunts for information about the Oaken wands, Lucas focuses on uncovering the nightshade underground. However, a prophecy tells them they must work together to prevent the coven from falling.
This is the middle of a five-part series. None of the titles are independent. Once the story settles into a comfortable arrangement, things escalate until it transforms into a fast-paced action adventure tale. Doom and gloom are the order of the day. While some issues are resolved, new, more serious problems surface. Time to hasten on to the last two parts where the story will conclude.
Action-packed. Entertaining. Haunting. Romantic. Scary. Tragic. Unpredictable. Whimsical. Wonderful characters.

The Cauldron’s Curse (Hidden Legends: College of Witchcraft Book 3) ~~ This book was a rollercoaster. Nadine steps into her power harder than ever, but the dangers multiply, and the question becomes how much is she willing to sacrifice? The sparks between Lucas and Nadine turn into a full-blown fire, and watching them fight fate, the coven, and death itself had my heart racing.
There’s more action, more dark magic, more betrayal, and when the truth about what the goddess expects becomes clear… I had to physically put the book down to catch my breath. Lucas’s love for Nadine is fierce and selfless, even when it breaks him. And Nadine? She becomes unstoppable.
That cliffhanger? Brutal. Beautiful. Soul-crushing. Perfection.
I would definitely recommend this book and series and can’t wait to start on the next book. If you want to know what happens next, you’ll just have to read this series yourself ~ you won’t regret it.

**Trigger warning: the whole series contains mentions of different disabilities like lupus and diabetes as well as issues with depression and anxiety, but this book went heavy with drug use and even overdose. As someone who lost a brother to an OD, it was hard listening to that chapter…
What chaos!!!!! So many things change in the 6 month span of this book! Eventually, all hell break loose, more killing, more problems with their magic, and you truly don’t know who to trust! Kudos to the group to working together at each step, as I believe that’s truly what the coven needs! My heart broke with the deaths or near deaths that happened In this book.
On to book #4!

It was okay. Definitely read better in terms of writing unfortunately. However the drama and plot twists were definitely getting me. This last hundred pages had me so concerned and teary eyed my god. In the whole time I’ve been reading this I never once thought we would lose Amy like that. However, the first half of the book did make me a little bored. I felt like every time I read it and then stopped for the day and went back in the next day I completely forgot what I read and what this book was even about. Although that aside I totally didn’t see the council acting the way they are. Those birches need to go.

I listened to the audible version and the different narration for each POV chapter is distracting since the main characters voices change. The story has many sub plots, lots of characters and several twists. Unfortunately this book 3 of the series has a huge cliffhanger ending and I am ending the series at this book. It doesn't seem to make a difference if the good characters succeed at anything as the evil forces keep prevailing.

Great continuation of the series. The plot moves fast enough and has enough suspense and twists to keep you interested. The characters are complex and feel real and you can see them growing and changing as the story goes along.

Oh My Goddess! The Cauldron's Curse is incredible! The magic, the characters, the twists, the intrigue....It's all "brewing" into a showdown of epic proportions!
Everything towards the end had me wanting to grasp my imagery pearls. It was so freaking AMAZING!

Well, that got dark. Better than the first 2. But sometimes read like a self help book, then teen drama, then soft porn, then horror. A bit all over the place. The series continues but I'm gonna stop here

The story is interesting and I enjoyed the book. I’m undecided about how things are progressing, but I’ve seen the plot twist in the last few pages coming a mile away. I want to see, how this is playing out.
