Habits are programming are certainly important but I don't know if I walked away from this work feeling confident to retrain myself in these matters. It spoke a lot about the benefits of such things without enough training on how to actually follow through with it.
You learn that NLP a system is by saying things different you can manipulate or program the person like instead go to sleep say what you want me to read before you go to sleep aswell mimic persons tone and behavior as way of speaking, further it explains self improvement on what best to do like don’t consume junk food woth make you tired get off bad bad habits if you feel yourself unhappy try to see a past happy moment or a song within. Program you’re mind by possitive and neglecting affirmations.
This is a small book that serves as a good introduction for NLP. How it started, split and what it is? The initial reason for its inception is very much about self improvement. Now, it's mostly focused on manipulation of others. I liked the advice for dealing with procrastination and anchoring. There are other ideas for replacing phobias and overall the techniques need practice and reinforcement.
This was actually a pretty interesting book. Unfortunately for me most of the techniques are more or less useless. My eidetic memory renders the whole "anchoring"-method and methods that are derivatives of it completely useless. I also found an erratum in the book. But overall it was better than I expected it to be.
Easy to read. Thank you for taking the time to write this excellent material. Now I can see the problems as experiences to learn from. Excellent job, congratulations.
