Last Days of the End is the thrilling conclusion to Mark E. Fisher's bestselling series of Christian end-times thrillers, Days of the Apocalypse.
The Antichrist’s death zone surrounds Jerusalem leaving the Nazarene Friends trapped in their hideout. Even if they could leave, they don’t know the way to the Refuge.
Their only hope for escape lies with Ariel Geller. But he’s in prison, scheduled for a coming execution.
Baruch Abramovich could help, and he is somewhere in the city, but they don't know where.
As the Jericho Faction continues their revolt, Davato’s anger seethes against Jews and Christians everywhere. He now prepares to eliminate them all in the War of Armageddon.
It’s the seventh terrible year of the Tribulation, after which Christ will come again in all his glory, end Satan’s reign of evil, and establish his kingdom on earth.
But how can anyone survive the final months of burning heat, total darkness, and invasion by the greatest army the world has ever seen?
Mark wrote his first twelve pages at the age of ten, complete with drawings of a prairie fire, Indians, and a stampede. More recently he’s authored books of epic fantasy and historical fiction for the Christian and the general market. Mark E. Fisher’s eighth novel begins a series of Christian end-times thrillers based on the book of Revelation.
At various times, he has welded rails for the railroad, inspected glass in a glass factory, given checks to welfare clients, and programmed micro-code for IBM. He has helped plant a church and is active in Christian missions. He and his wife enjoy traveling with recent visits to Japan, Mexico, the Dominican Republic, Ireland, France, Italy, and Switzerland. Sometimes, on his travels, stories seek him out. Once a month, he plays guitar in the church band.
Mark's latest series of Christian end-times thrillers, DAYS OF THE APOCALYPSE, became an Amazon bestseller. The fifth and final book in the series is published in April, 2024.
Prior to this, Mark wrote three novels of Christian historical fiction set in ancient, Celtic Ireland. DEATH OF THE MASTER BUILDER, set in Renaissance Italy, followed and was written for the general market.
Mark has also published an epic high-fantasy series, The SCEPTER AND TOWER trilogy for young adults.
I gave this last book in the series 5 stars, because it was a very good, end times novel. The author followed and included a lot of scriptures etc.
However, there was one aspect/issue, I had a lot of trouble with. One of the main characters, a woman, is an artist. But what I found disturbing is, that she has episodes where she is taken over, and "has' to paint. ( she doesn't even know what, until the painting is finished).
This reminded me of what I have read in the past, about people doing 'automatic' writing.... which I am convinced is demonic.
I am 99% certain, that it was NOT the intent of the author, but it could leave that impression to a non'believer who was into 'spiritual/spirits' things, and that such things are not only Okay with Christians, but to be sought after.
The idea was more like she was receiving prophecy from God about future events.
However, that too, is worrisome to me, because the cannon of scripture is closed.
It is not that God could not give a person, a premonition...
I just found that one thing, unsettling.
Yet, the rest of the novel was great. I was torn between a 4 star and a 5
But opted for a 5... with that one 'iffy' issue, explained.
I would continue to read this authors future novels...
( at least at this point) because all the res of the novel, was well grounded in scripture and was beautiful in parts.
And it was also very clear, about how eternally serious and eternal ( as in forever) is not accepting Jesus as your savior.
Spending, Eternity in Hell, forever and ever, is terrifying! The most terrifying truth of any other thing, in the world.
Especially, when you can spend eternity in Heaven, with your Creator and Savior!!
Thrilling to visualize what the future holds for those who have been forgiven by the sacrifice of the Lamb of God, slain from the foundation of the world. Chills ran through my being as I saw Christ speaking and fulfilling the inspired word of the living God in this wonderful book. If for some unknown reason you have put off the most important decision a human could ever make, read this now and enter the divine family of those who have been born again and enjoy the heaven portrayed in this glorious story. Eternity is at stake! Anonymous
This series with all the bibical references was extremely helpful to understand how the prophetices are understood right now. I am a beliver but not a church goer for several yrs. I can see what is going on in the world today is definitely heading for the end of this time. Blessed is our Lord for allowing such writers as Mark E Fisher the wisdom to help us see.
This was the 5th and final book of the Days of The Apocalpyse series. I enjoyed the whole series and highly recommend it to those of you looking for an end times series. The characters are very interesting and it's easy to follow the story line. The author is very knowledgeable about end times prophesies and uses many Bible references to present his story.
This has been a great series. One I have recommended to many of my family and friends. My prayer is that all will honor and believe in our SAVIOUR JESUS. This series might help a!!.
I read all five books in this series and really enjoyed each one. He did a good job finishing up with Revelation and makes you to be ever thankful that Christ Jesus is you Lord and savior.
I know this is a work of fiction, but some of the story is just spot on. The author has evidently read and studied the Bible. It is amazing👍 especially closer to the end of the story. People need to get ready for the time is getting short.
I really the authors clear portrayal of the End Times calendar. Having the references included at the start of chapters was a blessing. It was exciting and very engaging to the end. Thanks for writing this new series.
Hopefully many will read this marvelous series. Believers in Christ Jesus will be blessed. Prayerfully, many who have not yet come to believe, will be convinced. Maranatha, come Lord Jesus!
What I enjoyed most about this book was the scriptures concerning afterlife. I started to sing “How great thy art”. What a wonderful, amazing, loving God we serve.
I’d definitely recommend this book for believers or non-believers to read. The author, Mark E. Fisher did a great job bringing real Bible prophecy to life in this work of fiction.
