In the Phoenix club, fantasies come to life, but he wants her for real, and he’ll do anything to prove it in this deliciously sexy romance from USA Today bestselling author Stacey Kennedy.

Hunt has always loved his nights at Phoenix, but they’re no longer enough. He wants more. He wants a relationship. He wants Lottie. He’s wanted her for years. The only problem? He just can’t figure out why… But when enemies from her past come seeking revenge for her family’s deal gone wrong, Lottie’s secrets are revealed, and so is the explosive passion they’ve been fighting.

The Phoenix Club is a secret sex club where you can watch your desires play out in front of you. Lottie Harlow has done many shows at the club, but she always envisions one man as her partner. She can not get too close to him because she is running from her past. Hunt Walker knows that Lottie is the one for him, he just needs to convince her. When Lottie’s past rears it’s ugly head, she calls Hunt and asks for his help, but he knows that she is lying to him. They have to trust each other if they want to see where this relationship will go. I love this series and the people who are part of the club. Lottie and Hunt are so great together and their story was everything I had hoped for. Love reading these stories!
Lottie Harlow wants the one man she can't have, Hunt Walker, Oh he wants her just as bad but it's her past that is driving a wedge between them. That is until she needs his help and then all bets are off because this Dom wants his kitten and he'll do anything to make sure she's safe.
The chemistry was great between Lottie and Hunt and the story line is one that I loved, he's an officer of the law and he knows nothing of her family's criminal behavior and mob ties. There are quite a few things going on in this story so at times it felt a bit rushed to me but overall it was a good read with tons of steam and suspense.
This being the first book in the series that I have read I can tell you that it can definitely be read as a standalone, having prior knowledge of Lottie and Hunt's interactions may add to the enjoyment of the read but in no way is it diminished by not having read them. I would recommend this book to those that enjoy Steamy New Adult Romances, BDSM Romances, Romantic Suspense Reads, and the Friends to Lovers Trope.
See Me is the fourth book in Stacey Kennedy’s Phoenix series, and it is sure to have fans hooked. With a wonderful first line, it guarantees the reader is hooked from the get-go.
While I did adore See Me, a part of me feels like this fell into the same trap as the prior book. That is, the book is best enjoyed if you’ve been following the series. It can be read as a standalone, but to truly enjoy everything you need to have read the prior books. This is because all the build-up between the characters happened in the prior books, and diving into this one will mean you’ve missed a lot of the tension between them. It is mentioned, yet it is not witnessed in the way it has been in the other books. Although I would have loved to see more of that tension first hand, I understand why the author went in with the approach they did. Personal preference has me favouring watching all the build-up in one book, yet that failed to remove my enjoyment of this one. It was another story I happily devoured in a single sitting, unable to put down once I started. With plenty to enjoy, this is sure to have fans of the series hooked.
Once again, Stacey Kennedy has left me eager for the next book in the series. I cannot wait to see what happens in Take Me – and with it being newly introduced characters, I’m extra excited for all the goodness it will bring.
I've been anticipating this book for what seems like forever. You could feel the sizzling chemistry in prior books and I just knew when they finally end up together there will be no turning back.
Lottie's past is threatening to pull her back from where she escaped. Now that Hunt finally has her where he wants her, he is determined not to let her push him away. The danger is real but with his help and the help of their friends they managed to reach the HEA that most thought impossible.
Per usual we are left with little crumbs what is next in store and I can't wait to see the good girl aka Nessa turn to the "dark side".

This book was so much fun to read. This series had me hooked since book one and See Me was as steamy and sensuous as the previous books. I really liked our main characters. They had an amazing chemistry and it was beyond obvious how much they cared for each other. The troubles they went through with Lottie's past were interesting and although I felt like it was done before, I liked the twist with Matteo. This series keeps getting better and better and now I can't wait for Nessa and Ronan's book! Overall, SEE ME was a fantastic addition to the Phoenix series.
Thank you to Social Butterfly pr and the author for the chance to read this book in exchange for an honest review.
Lottie knows she cannot let Hunt into her heart, it's hard enough not falling for the man she imagines she's with in every scene she enacts at Phoenix. She's got too much baggage, has a past, that could endanger him, could put his career as a cop, in jeopardy if her secrets were to ever come out. But, when she needs him most, she calls, and he's there for her. Now she's having even more difficulties keeping him at arm's length. She wants to protect him from her past but he's insistent on being there for her in her present. How can she possibly keep him at a distance any longer, when their chemistry is too strong to resist?
Now that Hunt's been invited into Lottie's inner sanctum, he's not about to let her go back to keeping him at a distance, denying their connection. He knew something was holding her back, and now that he knows what it is - he'll be doing the protecting, not her. Even if he has to break his promise to her, he'll protect her from the past she ran from. But will breaking that promise be the final thing that takes her from him?
Whew, the connection between Hunt and Lottie is fire! I loved that Hunt was persistent, never letting up on Lottie, knowing that she felt their pull as much as he did. Lottie is a true survivor, though, and didn't make it easy for him, which I give her serious props for - her strength was one of the best parts of See Me. I've been loving this series, and am now even more excited for Nessa (Lottie's best friend) and Ronan's story, Take Me.

See Me (Phoenix #4) by Stacey Kennedy 5 stars M/F BDSM/Romance I was given this book for an honest review by Wicked Reads.
This is the 4th book in this series and you really should read the previous books to truly understand the personal relationships. While it’s not mandatory, because I feel like you could understand each book alone, it definitely adds to the whole picture of this family.
Lottie is a sexual as they come. She loves having an audience. Phoenix club has become her salvation and she knows that she’s very lucky to have found a family she chose rather than the one she comes from.
Hunt never truly believed in love at first sight, but seeing Lottie, he can’t seem to let her go, despite her turning him down at every turn.
When Lottie’s past comes barreling into her present, she turns to Hunt to comfort her. But, when feelings and emotion add fuel to their fire, Lottie just tries not to burn Hunt or get burned herself.
This is a short, sexy, dangerous read that will keep you turning the pages and hoping with crossed fingers and toes that everything will be OK.
This family is one that you will cheer for. They fight, protect and above all, love just like you’d want your family to.

This is another great instalment in the Phoenix series. I would recommend that you read them in order, but it would be a fun story whatever.
Lottie has been a character that has caused confusion for the reader in previous books. Seemingly not connecting emotionally to anyone she has seemed aloof and a bit of a mystery. Now we finally get her story and her one true crush becomes so much more.
I love that both she and Hunt have had a thing for each other forever, but a very good reason has kept them apart. As that truth is revealed, we have the parallel of the romance with the trouble from her past catching up with her.
Delicious, sexy and with a refreshing level of openness and honesty between them, which ensures they work as a team and a couple.
I'm always so glad to be back in the world of Phoenix, and book 4 was no exception! I already loved Lottie and Hunt in the previous books, so I was glad this book finally focused on them. I was also intrigued by the fact that this one seemed to be more of a romantic suspense, which is one of my favorite genres. I'm so glad we got to see a lot of the previous characters as well, Rhys and Zoey are still endgame!
I definitely did love the romance part (though that was glossed over pretty quickly due to them already having a connection during the previous books, and this book being quite short). The suspenseful part though... it was resolved so quickly and suddenly, it almost gave me whiplash. I think this book would've benefited from having a few extra pages. As usual with the Phoenix books, the spice was great!
But if you're in the mood for a quick sexy read, this is the one!
I received a free copy of this book to read and review for Wicked Reads, so here is my review. I have waited for Lottie and Hunt's story and I was not disappointed. It was filled with suspense and intrigue that kept me on the edge of my seat. I was not expecting Lottie's back story and it was such a surprise. I knew that Hunt and the gang from Phoenix would be there to help her. I love this series and I believe that Lottie and Hunt's story is my favorite so far. It is filled with painful past, hurt, lust, sizzling heat, friendship, and love. So sit back and enjoy this series, I know I have and I can not wait for more.
Lottie can't say yes As tempting and scrumptious as Hunt is No is all she can give him Oh, she wants him, what warm-blooded woman wouldn't? That's not the issue She is protecting him From her past, from himself
Hunt is not giving up on Lottie Sure he watches her - doesn't count since it's what she likes- but he hasn't found his "in" yet Until she reaches out to him for support, protection
Can he truly protect Lottie when she's still keeping secrets? Will her secrets destroy not only any chance for a "them" but also his career?
Despite the short length of this read it still carried quite an impact checking all my boxes: Smexy hot as hades romance Suspense Little twists you don't see coming And the sweetest HFN
Ever since the first book in this series I have wanted Hunt's story. Well it is finally here and it was even better than I was hoping!!!
Hunt has felt this pull towards Lottie ever since the moment they locked eyes the first time she came to Phoenix. Try as he might she keeps him firmly in the friend zone....with good reason. She feels just as strongly for him as he does her but being with her could ruin his chances of ever progressing in his career as a detective. Too bad she has never actually told him this and just continues to harbor her very strong feelings for him. Then the one thing she thought she was clear of makes an appearance in her life again and her first thought is calling Hunt to her.
Hunt gets a text from Lottie and doesn't even hesitate...he gets to her as soon as he can. He never expected to find one of the strongest women he knows to be showing fear and he vows from that moment on he will stop at nothing to protect her. When he finally learns the truth as to why Lottie has been keeping him at arms length he tells her none of that matters....she is what matters and he is determined to rid her present with the troubles of her past.
Once again Stacey has written a phenomenal love story with her characters. If ever two people deserve to be together it is Hunt and Lottie. I always love how all the previous characters are in these stories and their lives are all still very much intertwined together. Just when I though this was the final book in the the series there was the announcement of another book and all I can say is I cannot wait for Ronan and Nessa!!!
I’ve been waiting for Lottie and Hunts story and it was worth it. These 2 are straight fire and the amount of love they have for not just one another but others just makes me happy. And I don’t know about you but I need a cold shower after those steamy pages!!! ~Jen
A fast read of secrets, hot attraction and finding the family you never knew you needed. Phoenix is not only a secret sex club but a family. Lottie has always been attracted to Hunt but because of her past she stays clear of him. Hunt is determined to have Lottie as his own. When Lottie is threatened, Hunt is determined to have and protect her forever. I need to catch up on books 1-3, but did not feel at a disadvantage for not reading them prior to this one. ~Cindy

See Me is book 4 in the Phoenix series by Stacey Kennedy and while each book is a standalone reading in order give you the background on the Phoenix Club.
Up next is detective Hunt Walker and dog walker by day Lottie Harlow. While Lottie’s fantasies come to life at Club Phoenix, she has secrets and Hunt wants to uncover them and claim Lottie…who for the past three years had kept him in the friend zone until someone comes after her and she turns to Hunt.
Secrets, revenge, hot steamy chemistry, drama, emotional this story has it all! Can’t wait for the next book in this series… please hurry!!
Book Four, in Stacey Kennedy's hugely entertaining and lets face it smokin' hot Phoenix series is a fast-paced, enjoyable and engaging read. That had me captivated from the first-page thanks to an opening scene that brought the heat and characters that know what they want and will do whatever it takes to get it....yum!!
And with a bit of a mystery thrown in, some threats and danger too this was a dark and delicious read, that I easily devoured in an afternoon.
Hunt and Lottie was exactly what I needed to indulge in my guilty pleasures. I was intrigued by them from the very beginning of the series and was glad to finally see their story. It's intense, sexy, steamy, and with some danger and action thrown in.
Action packed, emotional roller-coaster set of stories filled with witty and engaging charters, dangerous twists and heart racing turns. Could not put down this edge of your seat thrill ride from beginning to end.
I’ve been anticipating Lottie and Hunt’s story since book one. You’ve felt their chemistry throughout the series and it’s set on fire in See Me. When you learn the secret that Lottie is keeping and the reason she keeps Hunt at arms length, you understand her strength. I loved how everything they did was to protect each other. They’ve also have been observing each other so closely that they know their needs and desires and makes for some deliciously steamy scenes. The found family in this friends group is amazing in how they support one another without hesitation.
RATING: 4 STEAM: 4.5 POV: third person, dual TROPES: friends to lovers, erotic, first responder, friends group/found family

Hunt has been waiting two years for Lottie. She always turns him down for dates but the attraction between them is undeniable. They both watch each other at the club fantasizing about being together, but Lottie has some big secrets in her life that threaten Hunt's job as a police detective and all of her Phoenix family. Hunt wants to protect her and Lottie wants to protect him but outsiders are making things difficult. Another great story melding the Phoenix family together.
This is a spoiler-free review! A list of content warnings can be found in the beginning of the book.
Lottie is much more than meets the eye, and with a secret past and life tucked away from her friends, she is not one to open up -- to Hunt, or to the cops. Which poses a problem, since Hunt is a cop and he notices right away that is haunting her. Hunt can tell that there is something beneath the surface, waiting to come out and show who Lottie truly is, but there may be more consequences than either could have imagined.
See Me is definitely more of a suspense book compared to the others in the series -- Lottie is hiding from dangerous people, and after years of silence she begins to hear from them again, With Hunt wanting nothing more than to protect her and make sure that she is safe, we learn more about Lottie and her past.
Right off the bat, Lottie and Hunt have this tension that quite literally fills the room whenever they are together or even near each other. They have their flirtatious little back-and-forths, which just scream will-they-or-won't-they. Hunt is on a mission to go further with Lottie than they have ever gone before, and Lottie wants the same, but with her complicated past and secrets, she does not want to even chance the idea that he might get hurt because of her.
Seeing all of the girls from the previous books was great -- I love how they always show up and are there for each other, especially because Lottie was somewhat of a minor character in the beginning of the series, whereas Elise and Hazel were already Zoey's friends from the start. Lottie having a great support system, especially with what she has gone through, really allowed her to create her own family when she had no one except Nessa.
I was upset with Archer and the way that he was originally treating Lottie after he found out her secrets -- when Zoey was able to get past Phoenix's vetting process, Rhys was impressed and told people not to worry about it. But when Lottie was able to do the exact same thing, Archer showed a lot more anger and held onto it longer than expected, especially considering that everyone had known Lottie for years and when they only knew Zoey after she showed up at Phoenix.
The smut throughout the book was great -- the final scene between Lottie and Hunt was *chef's kiss* and really showed how much they had grown together as individuals and as a couple. We only had a few scenes in Phoenix, but definitely were treated to our fair share of scenes outside of the club. I do wish the book was just a little longer, but I really did enjoy reading their story.
I loved the change of pace that See Me brought to the series -- as a fan of all of the books, it was really great to read something that had more suspense to it. There definitely was not as much drama or conflict compared to what you would find in a mafia romance, but this had the perfect amount of suspense, smut, and character development. I am so excited for the next installment in the series -- focusing on Nessa and Ronan -- to be released later this year!

I adore Ms. Kennedy's romances and book 4 in the Phoenix series doesn't disappoint. I couldn't wait to read Hunt and Lottie's story after falling in love with Kieran and Hazel in Save Me.
Lottie Harlow is not who she claims to be. For seven years, Lottie has hidden out in New York City after fleeing her deadly Chicago crime family after an unforgivable incident. Established in her new life as a dog walker and a featured guest at the Phoenix sex club, she has created her own new family of friends for whom she would do anything...even protect them from her past that has come back as a vengeance.
But one Hunt Walker, a determined and yummy homicide detective, can read Lottie like a book and has waited patiently for many years for her to tell him about her secrets. After the break-in in her apartment, he will get the answers, even if he has to withhold the passion he has held back for years. But it seems her life is being threatened and when he finds out the reason, he and her New York family don't hesitate to come to her rescue.
Ms. Kennedy's books intrigue me because her romances start in the middle of the love story. In this case, Hunt's patience is commendable considering he watches Lottie at the sex club with everyone, but him. He knows she's keeping him at arm's length because she's afraid of something and boy, can this sexy man spot her lies a mile away. I love Hunt's sweet tortuous ways to coax out her story and his resolute trust and understanding of her extremely sad past. This protective man is a keeper. Lottie is extremely brave to escape from a deadly and dangerous past. She has tried to keep Hunt away because of her deep feelings for him and her selfless need to keep him safe both personally and professionally. But when her evil brother finds her, she realizes her terrible mistake in putting her whole new New York family in peril. She must turn herself in to the police to help Hunt and put a stop to the threats to everything she holds dear. Don't worry, it's a happy ending with the good guys prevailing and the bad guys getting their just desserts.
With a lot of passion, a little suspense, and much love and protectiveness among friends, this contemporary romance is so enjoyable. This book series is extremely fulfilling with the supportive cast of characters. I have only read two of the books and they read well as standalones, but I recommend one read this series from the start to get the full effect of the friendships and the love between the characters.
Thank you to Ms. Kennedy for giving me the opportunity to read this book with no expectation of a positive review.
See Me is book four in Stacey Kennedy’s Phoenix series. This is the thrilling story of Hunt Walker and Lottie Harlow finally giving into their attraction and the consequences that follow. Lottie has been keeping secrets from everyone at the Phoenix Club and when her past suddenly catches up with her, it puts all her friends in danger. A short but steamy story and a love hard fought for.
Lottie knew she didn’t really belong at a club full of the rich and famous but she loved being a member and was grateful to Rhys for choosing her for the shows. It gave her the sexual freedom she desired and the money she desperately needed to fulfil her dreams and secure her future. Hunt is Kieran’s best friend and from the previous books we knew he had a soft spot for Lottie. He has wanted her from the first time she visited the club and she tempts him with her passion. He loves the club and enjoys being in the shows but always wishes it was Lottie in them with him.
It was ideal that they all wore masks in the club because it kept their identities hidden so they both loved the anonymous existence. Hunt because he was a homicide detective and Lottie because she had run away from her family. Seven years ago she changed her identity and started a new life. She cannot risk the consequences if discovered so no-one knew her secrets. The only downside was not being able to perform with Hunt so every time she worked she imagined it was him. Due to the risk he could unravel the truth of her past, she has made him off limits.
Kieran tells him to move on but Hunt has waited two years for her to agree to a date. He has got to know her and worked out there is a reason she keeps her distance from him. Lottie really wants Hunt but can’t face lying to him, putting him in danger or risking his career as he’s a lot to lose by being with her. When an incident happens, she is so scared that she turns to Hunt and the sparks between them ignite. Hunt’s instincts tell him something is wrong and she lying, but does he want to learn the truth and jeopardise not only their relationship but also his job. She can’t go back now but needs to find a way of protecting him, as well as the club and her friends. Once they all know who she really is, she’ll lose the life she has worked so hard for.
“This is a lot more complicated than two people dating. There’s a lot at risk.”
It was lovely to catch up with Rhys, Zoey, Archer, Elise, Kieran and Hazel. This group of friends has a very strong bond, they see each other as family and take care of their own. I loved how they all reacted to what happens and I found Rhys extremely understanding and caring. I was so pleased for Kieran and Hazel becoming parents and Archer marrying Elise. Archer is such an alpha but had Hunt’s back and helped the couple considerably. Elise really came in to her own with her skills to find out the answers they needed.
I guessed some of the plot but there were a couple of really good twists at the end. I absolutely adored Hunt, he wasn’t ever going to give up on her but I did get worried when things started going badly. Like Hunt I was impressed with how brave Lottie was and how she copes with what happens. She is determined his life won’t be ruined like her was. As more of her past is revealed, promises broken and her life is threatened, it was great how everyone pulled together. The author hints at Ronan’s feelings for Lottie’s best friend Nessa and sets the scene ready for Take Me #5.

See Me is the fourth book in the Phoenix Series by Stacey Kennedy. I have been looking forward to Lottie and Hunt’s story and it definitely didn’t disappoint. I couldn’t put this one down. Fast paced, with scorching scenes, filled with secrets, danger, family, friends and romance. This book is so hot from beginning to end.
The Phoenix Club is a private voyeuristic sex club in Manhattan. Lottie and Hunt have been drawn towards each other for years, but Lottie has kept him at a careful distance never letting him get to close, ignoring the sizzling heat burning between them.
Lottie Harlow has a big secret she has been hiding for the last seven years from everyone. But when she comes home to her condo being broken into and ransacked she calls the one person that will keep her safe.
Hunt Waker has just been promoted to the commanding officer in the homicide division with his dreams set on Police Chief in the future. So when the one woman who has been keeping him at arms distance calls for his help he drops everything.
This series is one of my favorites. I not only loved Lottie and Hunt’s story but I loved how all of their friends from the club come together to have her back. This is deliciously delightful! You don’t want to miss it!
I received an early copy and this is my honest review.
See Me is a fantastic, quick read featuring Hunt and Lottie, a pair who have been dancing around each other pretty much since they met…. well Hunt would’ve made a move but Lottie has always been more hesitant. She has her reasons for this. She’s not who seem appears to be. When she was a teenager she ran from her family, changing her name in an effort to hide and fears that if her secrets are revealed they would destroy ambitious cop Hunt’s dreams of one day becoming chief of police. But when Lottie’s past finally catches up with her, in a moment of weakness she turns to Hunt for help finally giving him the chance he’s been waiting on.
There is scorching chemistry between Lottie and Hunt. Exhibitionist Lottie is 100% comfortable with her body and has no qualms in acting out various sexual fantasies usually involving elements of BDSM in front of an audience at the private club where she and Hunt are members and with dominant Hunt as her partner the team factor goes into overdrive. This book isn’t all about sex though. There’s the background plot of Lottie’s secret past and why it has suddenly reared its head but for me, the best part of this book was the deep and abiding relationships between the various characters. They’re not just friends, they’re family. They’ll fight and argue but at the end of the day they’ll support each other no matter what.
See Me is the next delicious offering in the Phoenix series by Stacey Kennedy.
The first time Hunt sees Lottie, she's performing out the sexual fantasy of a member of a highly exclusive sex club. He's captivated by her and knows she's going to change his life. He knows she's highly attracted to him as well but she's turned down his every invitation. Despite the undeniable chemistry that sizzles between them, she's running afraid of their connection. Something about her dodging what she clearly wants with him has his cop instincts tingling but he knows she doesn't trust him yet with her secrets. When her condo is broken into and she calls him, he's ready to push through any door for her.
There isn't a second in the day that Lottie doesnt was Hunt but she still isn't ready to give the delicious cop her secrets. She's buried her past as far as she can but her monsters refuse the stay buried. The very last thing she'll allow is her past to wreck Hunt's future.
I loved Lottie and the hunky Hunt in our previous books and this did not disappoint! Hunt is all in, all the time and is flat out relationship goals. Lottie is a wonderful, caring, strong character and has every reason to be scared of her past but she's creating a future she loves. It's admirable. Together they are dynamite!

I voluntarily reviewed a copy of "SEE ME" Stacey Kennedy did a great job writing this story I love this series so full of intrigue, suspense, secrets, passion, emotional turmoil, angst, revenge, retaliation, you can't put down its a pager for sure. Lottie Harlow is a ghost trying to stay off radar of her family's criminal past dog walker by day fantasies of Phoenix Sex Club members only club by night. Detective Hunt Walker use to love his nights at Phoenix Club but it's no longer enough for him he wants so much more & it's Lottie he wants, he's wanted her for years but she's scared hiding secrets he hopes to figure out because she keeps her distance from him even though she's intrigued by him. Enemies from Lottie's past coming seeking revenge for what her criminal family has done same time her explosive passion her & Hunt have been fighting also her brothers start threatening her she has so much going on. I definitely recommend to get this extremely well written story will Lottie & Hunt get their HEA especially after secrets get revealed he has a decision to make he's torn between the duty to his job & the need to keep Lottie safe. I'm so looking forward to the next book in the "PHOENIX SERIES" NESSA'S STORY. AWESOME AWESONE READ A MUST HAVE FOR SURE!!!!!
4 1/2 out of 5 Stars See Me is book for in Stacey Kennedy's Phoenix series, I've read a number of the other books but I find this series and this book specifically is a standalone. If you were to start with See Me you might be a little bit confused by who a few people were but overall everything is very self explanatory. One aspect of this series that might put some off is that there is a B D S M club that a number of the characters frequent. But I found that those scenes were not overly integral to the story, or overabundant, so if you were to skip over those scenes you wouldn't be for the worse. The club does have a point in the story but it isn't the entire book. Since I started reading this series I have been waiting for Hunt and Lottie's book. They have been circling one another since they were introduced, so I've just been dying to see how they would get together. For the most part it was Lottie that was the one to continually put on the breaks, so I was curious how Hunt would finally convince her to go out with him. I did not expect how Stacey ended up writing it but I enjoyed how they did. I have alway enjoyed the suspenseful aspect of her novels, and See Me did not disappoint.
Lottie, a former Chicago Mob Princess, is trying to start a new life in NYC. She left her family behind, changed her name, and did her best to stay off their radar. But after seven years, her brothers have found her. And they want something she has, something that could take down the family.
Hunt has always been intrigued by Lottie. Whenever she plays her exhibitionist sex games at the Phoenix club, he wishes he was her sex partner. He’s tried time and again to ask her out, to explore the chemistry between them, but Lottie always holds back.
The walls Lottie has built to protect Hunt from her former life start crumbling after she asks him to help her following a break-in. She should have known the homicide detective would uncover the truth once he started digging into her life. She just hopes that he, and the rest of their friend group, will forgive her for lying. She just wants to leave her past behind and enjoy the life she has built in NYC.
Sex play in the club is relatively mild kink wise. Heavy on the voyerism /exhibitionism scale, with some minor rope bondage. Though when Lottie finally plays with Hunt, they throw in some pet play and flogging, with Lottie crawling for Hunt.
