The results of finding who killed him was interesting, and wanting to read more of Rachel and Jensen. great selection, great characters in all three
I really liked this book! I can image it as a movie and would really like to see it made into a movie. The Gift is scary. The things that Rachel went through the average person would fall apart. And Peak, what a perfect partner for her. I would be pleasantly surprised if they were an item. And Mallory well, she is perfect for Rachel. The only thing I didn't like about this book is on every page there were grammatical errors, wrong words, and missing words. In my humble opinion, you need a new editor to read through your books and correct these errors. Otherwise, I was impressed with your books and will read more of them.
Seriously, what is "goosed flesh?" Actually, never mind, I really don't want to know. Exactly how does water sparkle perfectly? Or how about some dude's "skeletal like hands" - skeletal meaning like a skeleton, so the hands are apparently "like a skeleton like hands." Doi. If the author and ratings farming publishing hacks can't be bothered to edit this book, I cannot be bothered to read it. DNF
I was blown away by the intensity of this box set. Beware if you are going to read it in bed.
Ms Donovan tells a story in such a way that it makes you feel like you are a part of the cast of characters. The only thing I have to say is that it should have been edited a little bit more. Great job.
Great writing, I have read one of these books before, and it was worth reading again. Great characters who are very well defined. The plot and the storyline are very well thought through and has a nice well coordinated flow.
I thoroughly enjoyed every book in the series. I could not stop until my eyes were falling out my head. Seriously this series was so much “fun”. I was totally lost in the stories and characters.
Was a good escape in the paranormal world. Flowed good. The Heroine should have died several times due to injuries she "really" receives(super hero) activity. Got a bit ridiculous after a while. Yet, was a good escape.
The only thing that let this series down was the poor editing and the chronology being out of order. The typos were very distracting and the first book should have been the last to my way of thinking. That being said, I found the story line fascinating and I found it hard to stop reading.
I love this & I can't wait for more. I will be also leaving a review on Goodreads @ Amazon. And letting everyone know about it. So i gave it a 5 Stars.
Not bad. Wishing the books appeared in order. They read from last to first on my kindle. Editing and grammar could have been better. I'm assuming from the typos, the main character was originally going to be named Evelyn, not Rachel. But again it boils down to poor editing. That said, the books were engaging and entertaining.
