Aaron is currently the Vice President of Enrollment, Marketing, and Communications at the University of Lynchburg in Lynchburg, VA. He has more than 25 years of experience serving as an enrollment growth specialist and student success strategist. He has helped four universities fix their enrollment challenges, and has consulted for nearly a dozen other universities and organizations. He has presented internationally in five countries on educational, career and leadership topics.
A thought leader in education, Aaron has written for The Chronicle of Higher Education, Inside Higher Ed, University Business, The Times Higher Education, The Journal of College Admissions, and the State Department’s Fulbright blog.

This was a good book with some useful information for me since I am most likely going to retire from the United States Marine Corps next year after twenty years of active service. The book would be beneficial to graduating high school and college students as well.
