This book is an awesome find. It is filled with step-by-step instructions from the very beginning stages to the end product. The photos of what the finished product should be are great. The helpful hints are inspiring. I’m a breadmaker, but have not had much luck with sourdough. I did enjoy the author’s comments at the end and the troubleshooting as well. I do appreciate the time and patience the author took to set her readers up for success.
