"I like you needy. I like you dependent on me. And I don't care how that sounds. Let me take this extra burden. I'll love you so good, baby..."
From New York Times best-selling and award-winning author Selena Kitt
Shauna's in trouble. Her parents have kicked her out for getting knocked up. She has nowhere to go, nowhere to turn, and a small baby to take care of. That's when her big, sexy, older construction-working stepbrother rides in like a white knight to rescue her.
Ryan has always looked out for her, and when he invites her to move in with him, Shauna thinks it's just a convenient arrangement - he'll provide food and shelter, while she'll do the cooking and cleaning.
But Shauna finds her needs are far greater than she expected. And she needs her stepbrother, in ways she knows are wrong, but she just can't help herself. He's so ripped, so big and strong, wearing his tool belt all the time, and he makes her feel safer than she's ever felt in her whole life.
Shauna takes the perfect opportunity to ask her stepbrother for help, when her nursling doesn't cooperate, and she discovers that her stepbrother has another proposal to make - a different sort of arrangement. One that will benefit them both beyond their wildest dreams!
Selena Kitt is a NEW YORK TIMES bestselling and award-winning author of erotic and romance fiction. She is one of the highest selling erotic writers in the business with over two million books sold!
Her writing embodies everything from the spicy to the scandalous, but watch out-this kitty also has sharp claws and her stories often include intriguing edges and twists that take readers to new, thought-provoking depths.
Her books EcoErotica (2009), The Real Mother Goose (2010) and Heidi and the Kaiser (2011) were all Epic Award Finalists. Her only gay male romance, Second Chance, won the Epic Award in Erotica in 2011. Her story, Connections, was one of the runners-up for the 2006 Rauxa Prize, given annually to an erotic short story of “exceptional literary quality.”
Shauna's not knocked up. She already has an infant son and has moved into her step-brother's apartment. There isn't much debate or struggle about them being step-siblings, they could just as easily have been friends. And Shauna is breast feeding and that plays a huge part in their sexual play. Not to my preference really, but to each his/her own. I like that there's love and romance underscoring the erotica.

Shauna is in trouble in more ways than one. First, she has a baby to take care of and the baby daddy has skipped out on her. Then, her parents kick her out of the house. She has no where to go and no money. So She does the only thing that she can think of and calls her stepbrother, Ryan, to bail her out. Shauna feels bad for having to lean on Ryan so much. But one night Shauna starts feeling like she is taking advantage of Ryan. But he reassures her over and over again that she is not burdening him at all. Will she finally accept that Ryan help with out feeling bad about it.
I am liking this series. I can't wait to start at the beginning of this series. The flow of the story was on point and very believable. The sex scenes will burn the sheets up in flames. I can't wait to see what else Selena has up her sleeves. I recommend this book to others.
