Like many books in the business & potential subgenre, the book focuses on stories of successful people while offering self-help advice for the reader to become successful. The book steers more into politics than what is necessary for a business book (the authors happen to be Democrats), and this could turn off some readers. For me, the highlight of this book was learning about the perseverance of Paul Schulte, one of the best men's wheelchair basketball players. Other than that, there's little here that can't be read elsewhere.

I liked most about this book how the editor compiled so many great achievers together, so it was not just what Herb Greenberg did, though he was a major part.

What I liked least about this book was having to acknowledge that sometimes, and sometimes quite often you have to work around some really terribly awkward circumstances.
