If you carry a firearm for personal protection or as a professional, this should be required reading. This is a fairly comprehensive book and the ways to train. There is some detail left out on combatives, but all other aspects are pretty detailed on drills and training programs. Author's experience gives a unique and great perspective.
Very readable, many helpful training tips, both physically and mentally, thoroughly enjoyed last chapters the sword of life, the greater good, to keep and bear arms and finally the grey beards.
