Jamie morris spells out principles that Jeff Bezos uses to make Amazon.com run like a well-oiled machine.

It was concise and clear. It’s fascinating to learn about the inner workings of such a successful company, to read confirmation of Bezos much reputed aggressive style and to see real life examples of these leadership principles in action.

A short book of business takeaways at Amazon but usable in any industry. Provided insights into Amazon and its company culture too

Redundant and also redundant

It is as if the editor challenged the author to double the word count and the author achieved this task by duplicating paragraphs with only the slightest rearrangement of phrases and clauses. You're better off Googling for interviews of Bezos.
