Rate this book
Grab your beach umbrella and prepare for six weeks of romance and fun in the sun with a brand-new series brought to you by USA Today bestselling authors....

Perfect Match! Six exciting, sweet novellas linked by a unifying theme. You’ll want to listen to each one!

Six women receive invitations from Dawson Yates, owner of Perfect Match, a brand-new online matchmaking travel agency for a free week-long vacation to the island of her choice. As part of an extensive promotional campaign, Dawson expects to make six perfect matches that he can use to champion his business. The women expect to meet the men of their dreams. What none of them anticipates is the chaos that ensues when six couples who were strangers before agreeing to spend the week together discover that love is a lot more complicated than a match made by computer algorithms.

This is Bree’s story....

She’s traveled the world. He’s never left Nebraska. They say opposites attract. But that was before these two were matched up.

When Bree Wilson receives an invitation for a free one-week vacation to an island of her choice, her gut tells her it’s too good to be true. But how can she refuse an offer from a good friend? Especially when it’s to promote his new online matchmaking travel agency. However, she wasn’t prepared to spend seven days with Jayce Owens, the most annoying man she’s ever encountered. Forget finding love. Will she even last the week?

Bali is a long way from Nebraska. And Jayce Owens is entirely out of his element. He’d expected to meet a sweet country girl, not a sophisticated, well-traveled woman with a tenaciousness that drives him crazy. To make matters worse, when they get lost while hiking, he discovers that neither one of them has brought enough supplies to last more than a few hours. Could this once-in-a-lifetime vacation to find his perfect match wind up costing him more than his heart?

One more reason we’re not a matchThis is a sweet romance that’s easy to read. The two main characters are complete opposites on almost everything, with nothing in common. An enjoyable romance that shows that opposites do attract and that love can come from it.

Loved it!! Opposites attract, Bree is a sophisticated world traveler doing a favor for friend when she agrees to a "Perfect Match" with a trip to Bali. Jayce is a total opposite, a farmer from Nebraska, looking for that sweet country girl. Now to share a house for a week on an island, will bring plenty of laughs.

This is a sweet romance that I thoroughly enjoyed. The author has great descriptions that makes you feel like you are right there. Looking forward to reading the other Perfect Match reads. This is the perfect read for a lazy summer afternoon. I read through kindle unlimited.

I loved the Beach Brides Series and now I really am enjoying the Perfect Match Series. Bree is the first book that I have read in the series and as always Raine English made you feel like you were right there. So now I can say that I went to Bali and had a great time. And I met Mr. Perfect. What more can you ask for.

I think Raine English did an amazing job of writing it. One lonely, divorced man, who has a dairy farm in Nebraska. Never left the state. Married a city woman who couldn't handle living far away from the city.
A NYC woman who runs business of her father who travels all over the world. She was offered a free Perfect match by her friend Dawson, it's his business, Perfect Match. He brought two different people together. See how well they did when they stayed at a Villa in Bali. Worth The read

Bree
by Raine English

This is a wonderful story to start out Perfect Match a new series on the back of the Beach Brides series.
I loved this first story as it has everything you love in a romance story especially one on the island of Bali. A dairy farmer from Nebraska who has never even left his state let alone the country and finds the island an amazing place to vacation and hopes his perfect match is just that.
A woman who only does this to help her best friend get his new match making and travel agency off the ground. He offers six couples a free trip to any island in the world that the hopeful bride to be chooses.
Can this first couple find romance in this beautiful tropical island with all the misadventures they have and several other problems along the way. Can opposites attract?
I hope you read this book that is so interesting and has everything you love about a romance story. It is a quick read and I thoroughly enjoyed it and loved this couple of opposites.
Raine English writes complex and convincing characters and her descriptions of the places in this story especially the island of Bali was absolutely wonderful makes me want to go there. It sounds like a gorgeous and adventurous place to vacation. It also makes me want to visit a dairy farm as it sounds like an amazing place to see for this animal loving city girl.

I received this ARC to read but not with expectations to do a review. I really wanted to review this story as I loved it and I hope readers of contemporary romance will want to read this book.
I hope they will also want to read the rest of this series as I really can’t wait to read them all and hopefully they will also want to read the original Beach Brides series from twelve authors and that was an awesome series so I am so excited to find this new series to continue on the matchmaking in a different way.

Bree is the first book in the Perfect Match multi-author collection. Author Raine English has kicked off this set with a sweet romance.

In this book, Bree Wilson has agreed to take part in a promotion in which six women spend an all-expenses paid week on the island of her choice with a match arranged by the Perfect Match Online Dating and Travel Agency. Bree agrees to take part because the owner of this new business, Dawson Yates, is her best friend.

Bree arrives in Bali thinking that she will also be able to make time to attend to some business interests on the island. She is a city girl working in a high-powered position with her father’s company. It is quite a surprise to arrive in Bali and discover that her perfect match is Jayce Owens, a cattle rancher from Nebraska. They couldn’t be more different.

Or are they more alike than either of them suspect?

Ms. English helps us to feel as if we really know both Bree and Jayce. We start to see the barriers between them fall even as they both try to convince themselves that a relationship would never work. I enjoyed the interplay between them and seeing them learn that they have more in common than originally expected.

This book is an easy and quick read for someone who does not have a lot of time on their hands. It is a clean romance, so there is no reason to put it aside because you fear the story will go beyond what you consider appropriate. The books in this collection are all standalone novellas and you can read them in any order.

Fantastic read.....Come spend a week in Bali.
The vivid description will let you smell the
ocean, your feet will run through the sand, you
will get to taste sushi, dip your fruit pieces in
chocolate, go on a glass bottom boat, go hiking
and so much more.
This is the first book in the Perfect Match Book
series. Six different authors wrote novellas linked
by a unifying theme.
The six women receive invitations for a week long
vacation to an island of their choice from the owner
of Perfect Match, Dawson Yates. Dawson hopes to
make six perfect matches to enhance his business
Bree Wilson is the first woman to receive an invitation.
Bree is a very successful CEO of her father’s company.
She travels the world keeping tabs on her father’s
investments. But love is where she is lacking in being
a whole person.
Jayce Owens is a very successful dairy farmer. He
runs a dairy farm of three thousand cows. He lives in
Nebraska and has never traveled. He had never even
been on a plane.
Both are looking for that person to spend their lives.
But when they meet although there is undeniable
chemistry between them, they treat their week in Bali
as a vacation only. Denying the feeling that will lead
to a forever.
Both characters are well defined, strong willed, realistic
and characters which reader can relate.
An entertaining, enjoyable, heartwarming and highly
recommend read!!!

After readng the Beach Brides series last year, I was excited to find out about the Perfect Match series this year. Bree is the first in this new series and it is great. This is an opposites attract story at its best.

Bree is a globe-trotting city girl born and bred, but needs a bit of a vacation to decompress, so she agrees to test out her friend Dawson's "Perfect Match" program, not expecting a positive outcome other than a free vacation. When she meets her designated match, small town dairy farmer Jayce, she wonders what in the world Dawson was thinking as they could not be more different. Can Bree bring out a bit of adventurer out of Jayce and can Jayce help Bree to slow down a bit so that she can enjoy life and give her the feeling of home that she never knew she wanted - things that they both need but don't necessarily realize.

These are wonderfully written characters and you will be rooting for them to find the common ground to make their relationship work. This is a quick, fun novella that you can read in one to two sittings and has a warm, satisfying ending. Well done!

I received and ARC of this story from the author and voluntariy chose to provide my honest review.

This charming and heartwarming opposites attract romance is a wonderful debut for the new Perfect Match series that got its inspiration from last summer's bestseller Beach Bride's series. I loved the attraction, chemistry and dynamic between Bree Wilson who is sophisticated, well-traveled and adventurous, and Jayce Owens a dairy farmer who has never been out of Nebraska until he travels to Bali hoping to meet a sweet country girl.

Ms. English has given us a well-crafted, can't-put-down book and beautifully set the tone for this interesting concept where six women receive invitations from Dawson Yates, owner of Perfect Match, an online matchmaking travel agency for a weeklong all-expenses paid vacation to the island of her choice and meet the man of her dreams. I look forward to reading the adventures of Marni, Molly, Jade, Ava and Maeve as they become available.

I received an advance reader copy of this book from the author and this is my unbiased review. I enjoyed the book so much, I purchased a copy so I can read it again later.

This was a wonderful first read for the new series Perfect Match! In this opposites attract novella Bree lives in New York City. She works hard in her dad's business. She travels often, loves her dad to the max and has committed to helping a childhood friend with his latest business venture. Unfortunately it's a match making business. Bree reluctantly agrees to spend a week in a location of her choice with the perfect match she has no say in.
In comes Jayce. Jayce is supposed to be Bree's perfect match, but he is a dairy farmer who has never left Nebraska. She likes sushi. He likes rare steaks. There are so many surface differences that there is no way they can be the perfect match. So how does it happen?
As with any novella I know I'm not going to get all I want with a story. I wish for more detail and more of the story, but it's a novella and a good one to read and enjoy when you want fun, enjoyable and easy.
Well written story with interesting locations, believable stories and likable characters.

This is the first book in a spin off series from the multi author written Beach Brides series from last year. So you will be revisiting that world with a number of secondary characters from the first books coming into their own in this series. Bree is from Amy's book. She was Dawson's best friend. Now Dawson is instrumental in putting her and six others through the Perfect Match software.

This travel, adventure, and dating agency is hoping to prove it's worth by matching up six people with their soulmates. Not that Bree is interested, but she can't refuse her best friend a marketing gimmick that will help his business. Also like he keeps reminding her, she works too hard and she needs to take a break.

A week's holiday on an island in Bali, close to where another resort of her company is coming up sounds like a good compromise. She can do a little work, she can take some time off and she can get to meet someone interesting. It seems like a sound plan, till she meets the dairy farmer who Perfect Match feels is her match. They couldn't begin to be more different!

a great read!

Bree, a city girl who travels the world, thinks she isn’t cut out for love. Her best friend is the owner of ‘Perfect Match’: a matchmaking travel agency. When he offers her a week in Bali with her perfect match, she can’t say no, even though she wants to.

Jayce is the owner of one of the largest dairy farms in Nebraska. He learned the hard way that a city girl will always stay a city girl and not a farm girl.

When they meet, SHE just thinks HE’s the complete opposite of what she wants and HE just thinks that SHE isn’t the sweet, down-to-earth country girl that he was hoping for. Disappointment all around. But once they established there’s no possibility of romance, the pressure’s off, in a way.

This was a quick yet satisfying read. I loved it! I got pulled in immediately. It felt effortless: it took me no time at all to get into the story and that’s a feat, because with most books it does take me some time. This was a great read!

This is a short and sweet novella introducing the new Perfect Match series. Perfect Match is a combined online dating and travel agency owned by Dawson Yakes. Bree is going to be his best man in his wedding to Amy. He gets Bree to agree to be one of the perfect matches to go to an island of her choice. She chooses Bali where her father's company is building a new hotel. She is hopeful Dawson will find her a perfect match but instead she finds herself with Jayce Owens, a dairy farmer from Nebraska. She is very disappointed with Dawson's pick as she resides in New York City. Clearly opposites attract or do they? I received an advance copy of this book and I willingly chose to write an honest review.

Opposites definitely attract in this story! Bree and Jayce are SO different! After just reading the blurb my curiosity was peeked. How were these two going to come together? I loved watching them do so! It started out with little things they noticed about each other, which was so perfect. It wasn't about the physical attraction. That was definitely there, but they were too different for that to be a basis for a match, so it really was the inner beauty that drew them to each other. I loved that! And I loved the ending!

For those of you that read the Beach Brides series, Amy and Dawson make an appearance. Yay!! I love seeing old friends!

I received a complimentary copy of the book, which I voluntarily reviewed. I have given my honest opinion.

Bree was an interesting read/listen. I really liked the concept of a matchmaking site using exotic locations for the matched couple to meet, and the author did great with the descriptions. I enjoyed this opposites-attract sweet romance, and how Bree and Jace decided to give their week a go despite admitting they weren't each other's types. However the mention of alcohol and such in the book bothered me.

As for the narrator, I think she did a great job differentiating the voices of the characters, and I really liked Bree and Jace's, but pretty much every other character ended up with a high pitched or scratchy voice that messed with the overall experience.

All in all, I think fans of the author and of sweet romance will enjoy this story and series. ~ 4 stars

Ivloved this book! It is a heartwarming
story about a workaholic, with a goal
to be CEO someday, & a busy, hard
working, dairy farmer.
Bree & Jayce are looking for someone
to share their life with. Bree wants
someone to travel the world with her. Jayce wants someone that will love
the dairy farm, & living there, as much
as he does.
They both are invited to spend a week
on an exotic island, all expenses paid. Bree & Jayce were to meet who the matchmaking sight chose for them.
But, surprise! She's a city girl,
& he's a country boy.
I really enjoyed reading this story.
A MUST READ FOR EVERYONE!!!

Bree is a cute opposites attract romance set in Bali. I liked the characters which were well developed so that I could understand the decisions that they made. Also, Raine English is great at description, “The sky was ablaze with vivid streaks of crimson and the ocean was lined with gold…Right after the sun sinks below the horizon, the sky will turn purple and cobalt and then a star-studded black.” Can’t you just see it? But no worries, the plot moves along at a good pace. There is a satisfying HEA. I would definitely read more of Raine English’s works.

PERFECT. MATCH.... by Raine. English
Dawson and Bree shared phone calls at night, now things would be changing. In two months he was getting married to Amy, the perfect match for him. He. didn’t want her to wind up single, always working in her father’s company. Dawson had an agency called PerfectMatch. A week anywhere one chose, and hoping to get 6 perfect matches for advertising. Bree chose Bali. An invitation came to a Nebraska farmer, who wanted a wife, Jayce Owens. Two opposite, finding things in common let alone marriage proved difficult.
A delightful story with the excellent audio narration by Judie Williams.

A delightful continuation of last summer's Beach Bride Series. Dawson Yates and Amy Sheridan share their love by playing matchmaker to friends, who may choose their island destination romance. The opening book to the series Perfect Match is a hit for this avid reader with diverse but likable characters, page turning plot, and satisfying resolution. Story can be read as a stand alone, but an anxiously awaiting the rest of the series: Marne, Molly, Jade, Ava, and Maeve and their chosen island destination.

SWEET NEW ROMANCE

Cute and entertaining story about a dating agency who has offered their services to several customers. The package includes all expense paid trip to meet ones perfect match. In this first story, Bree just happens to be a personal friend of the owner. When she and her match finally meet in Bali, they are shocked to find they have nothing in common and are total opposites. Author did a great job of developing the storyline with a nice smooth transition into a new romance.

This was a fun read. I really enjoy books written by Raine English. Go spend a week in Bali all expenses paid as part of a dating and travel marketing initiative to find your soul mate her best friend tells her. Can Bree possibly take a vacation without thinking about work? I loved Bree and Jayce’s characters. They were so different but so connected. I want to know more! Please continue their story.

Unlikely Love Match

I really liked this book, which is #1 in a multi-author series. It follows in the wake of last year’s series Beach Brides. Hardworking city girl, Bree, agrees to go to Bali for a week & meet a man from her best friend Dawson’s online matchmaking service. Jayce, a dairy farmer who has never left Nebraska, also agrees to go. They are complete opposites in life style, but they match up in so many other areas. It’s a bumpy road for both of them.

Bree and Jayce are as different as night and day. She is a traveler and he is a country guy. Can they last a weekend in Bali together? They were a really fun couple. Opposites really do attract but will this be a forever match? Loved seeing Amy (Beach Brides) and Dawson and can't wait to read the rest in this series. This author made me feel like I was in Bali - such vivid descriptions.

When I started this book, I thought it would never work. Bree and Jayce are such different people, but Raine proved me wrong and gave us a lovely opposites attract tale. Like with most novellas I wish it had more details, but I still loved this sweet story. It was a good start to the Perfect Match series.

Very short novella.

Bree and Jayce have agreed to participate in an online dating vacation, neither of which believe it's possible to find true love from a dating app, but willing to try for the "FREE" vacation. Short and sweet and somewhat implausible, but a cute book nonetheless.

Bali is a grand adventure

Bree finds out that opposites attract. But a dairy farmer from Nebraska matched to a hotel heiress seemed a stretch until she started see just how real Jayce was. What was that about her typical date wouldn’t get their thousand dollar jeans wet or sand between their toes. Come along for the next matchup
