This cookbook is just what it says... vegan recipes in 30 mins or less. Some of them as little as 10 mins with prep and cook time!
The first chapter explains vegan eating and then the book jumps into the recipes. The chapters include: Breakfasts, snacks, salads, sandwiches, soups stews and chilies, beans and grains, vegetable dishes, main courses, international cuisine, and desserts. The top right corner on every page includes the number of servings, prep time and cooking time which is really easy to see. There aren't any pictures and I liked that alot of the recipes were simple and looked easy to do. I don't like having recipes that call for TONS of ingredients, especially complicated ones. The back of the book included a recipe index.
I have not tried all the recipes yet, but I still recommend reading this book and trying the recipes if you're interested in a vegan style of eating. I received a copy of this book complimentary for blog and social media review. All opinions are my own.

A good recommendation for a person new to veganism or someone who wants to eat healthier who doesn’t want to spend a lot of time in the kitchen.

I highlighted a few recipes that sounded good. All the recipes looked simple and didn’t require trips to a health market to obtain special ingredients.

A lot of the recipes called for a lot of oil in my opinion and taste. I wouldn’t recommend using this book a lot.

If you are a seasoned cook in veganism there may not be too many recipes that you don’t already know, or cook some variation.

I am glad that kindle does provide free vegan cookbooks though, just wish they were a bit better.

There are some pictures of the recipes, each recipe tells you the amount it will make, prep time, and cooking time. Which I like and look for. The one thing I really appreciate in a cookbook though is the nutritional information which is not provided in this cookbook.

Great beginners guide.

Great starter guide to vegan\plant based eating. Great simple recipes that are not intimidating to the newbie. Informative about what foods deliver proteins and necessary vitamins.

Excellent book

I found this book to be very informative. It is an excellent book for new and seasoned vegans. The book starts off with very useful information. It gave the history of veganism as well as how to make sure you get all the required nutrients with living a vegan life. It tells you which non meat based items gives the hardest to get nutrients. It helps with a plan of action on how to become vegan. It also has a seven day meal plan. Then the recipes are awesome. I found several in the book that I am going to try. It has recipes for all throughout the day. I would recommend this book for vegans and nonvegans alike.

This is a great book for anyone that is interested in a Vegan Diet. In the beginning of the book it gives you a history of the Vegan diet and guidelines of what exactly is considered Vegan.

The recipes in this book are very simple and easy to do. I’m not much of a cook but I could follow these recipes easily.

It will be difficult to incorporate these recipes into my family however. A lot of these recipes call for the Kale or other green vegetables for protein and other nutrients. My husband can not eat green vegetables for health reasons.

I highly recommend this book for anyone that wants to switch to a total Vegan diet or just eat a bit healthier.
