Another funny book with images of cats, funny captions, and a brief (paragraph or two) about the cat. Very witty and clever. Got a very giggles out of me! Smiled the whole time!

I'm definitely partial: one of my photographs is included in this book.
Having said this, it's imperative to know that this isn't my cup of tea, really. The humor is not funny. It's just targeting an open goal, and I don't think a lot of the pictures are interesting, either.
Having said that, I dish out 2/5 to this book, simply because I think it'll appeal to people. Not to me, but still. I've promised the person who wrote the text in this book that I'd review it, so here it is.

A fun little photo book. The pictures of the kitties are adorable and some of the advice that is given, is cute and has a bit of humor to it.

Interesting book, a light, funny read. Got as a gift but wouldn't spend the money on it, get it from the library if you want it!

First book I have ever bought by this author and definitely the last. I have looked at and read many cat books but this is definitely one of the worst ones.
Not funny by any means, extremely boring, and the photographs are not that great.
Do not waste your money on this book.

First of all I love the title of the book! It sets the tone for all the humor and creativeness that follows. I always thought cats acted wise but who knew how much so! The pictures are adorable! For each topic of advice, different astute kitties share their wisdom. I thought it was great that all of them were hilarious; there were really great insights and lessons! How clever of Mr. Greenburg.
This is a great book anyone that needs a chuckle and their spirits lifted. It is a nice hardbound quality book. I don’t think you just have to be a cat or animal lover to enjoy it. Instead of “Dear Abby”, maybe “Dear Tabby”?
I received a copy of this book free from Andrew McMell Publishing. I was not required to write a positive review. The opinions I have expressed are my own. I am disclosing this in accordance with the Federal Trade Commission’s 16 CFR, Part 255: “Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising.”

Each page contains an important live lesson, such as "Learn from those who have come before you," the name of the cat counselor giving advice on this lesson, the counselor's moment in "purrspective" and then the advice he or she has learned during their nine lives. Next page has a photo of each cat counselor. These house cats try to share the lessons they have learned with us, the humble human, to reduce the stress in our lives and lead a more enjoyable, stress-free life. After all if we are happy and stress-free we will have more time to devote to kitty.

Favorite quote: "A little-known fact is that ancient Egyptians turned their water into beer to keep cats from drinking it."
Cute pictures of cats. Cats giving other cats advice. Did I mention cats? What is there not to like?
[This book was borrowed from the Denver Public library.]
