His mystery woman....with a double surprise

Rough is the third book in The Black Devils MC series and is the story of Tessa and Rough. He is the Sergeant at Arms for the Black Devils MC but he also works hard as a contractor. She is the daughter of the Mayor of Kansas City. They meet one night in the club and Rough is immediately enamoured with her. They spent the night back at his place wrapped up in bed. But they also connect as they talk though the night. The next morning Rough is expecting to wrap his arms around the beautiful curvy woman but instead he finds an empty and cold bed. Rough looked for Tessa all over Kansas City and on social media but he never found her, as she had given him a fake name. Tessa had an ulterior motive by going out that night and picking Rough to have a lot of bed shaking fun with. She needed a baby daddy as she wanted children but her one love and husband had divorced her the year before. So she went about getting pregnant and never told anyone who the father was. Rough has tried to move past her but his heart is still with the one woman who he still loves. So when he sees her on the TV being interviewed, and then discovering her name is Tessa and that she has recently given birth to twins........well let's just say that he is more than upset but he wants to claim his kids. It takes a few days for him to calm down but when he does he ends up at Tessa's door and she is in for a big surprise.

This is a sweet story with a bit of drama, angst, longing, love, a connection lost and then found, and some smexy hot fun. It was an enjoyable and entertaining read.

Una serie de historias cortas que sigue a 5 miembros de un Club de Moteros mientras encuentran al amor de sus vidas.
Me encanta que en cada relato, se mencione a los demás personajes, conectando todo. Aunque no sé si me gusta tanto age gap de alrededor de 15 años de diferencia.
En cada historia va todo muy rápido, pero es normal con lo cortas que son.
Para un ratito están perfectas.
Ojalá fuese una saga larga y bien desarrollada, porque me la bebería.


RESEÑA ESPECÍFICA
Es un relato un tanto más adulto en cuanto a la situación de los protagonistas. Una situación extraña que desencadena en un posible romance. Otro insta love con un parón.
¿La pareja? Sargento de Aemas de Club de Moteros + chica que conoció una noche con un propósito muy concreto.
Tiene su dosis de sexo, de drama y de romance. Aunque queda un tanto inconcluso.

Roygh es absolutamente maravilloso. Me ha encantado de principio a fin. Amo su forma de dar espacio.
Tessa esta traumatizada la pobre y por eso actúa así, pero tengo fe en que va a ir sanando.


RESUMEN
Si te van los Club de Moteros, los libros cortos con mucho spicy, y no te importa que la narrativa no sea la mejor ni la más desarrollada, estos libros se leen en un momento y son entretenidos.

Rough met Veronica in a bar and sparks flew. They had a long night of passion and Rough knew that he had found the woman for him. When he woke the next morning, Veronica was gone without a word or a note. Rough found no trace of her even after months of searching. Then he reads an article in the paper about the mayor's daughter giving birth to twins. To his shock the mayor's daughter Tess is his Veronica. Now he is determined to become a part of his babies lives.

Tess was married to her childhood sweetheart. He pressured her into trying to have a child but they never seemed to get pregnant. Then Tess learned that she has a physical condition that makes it really difficult to have a baby. Her husband leaves her to be with the woman he made pregnant during their marriage. Tess is determined to have her family so she takes fertility drugs and goes to a bar for a one night stand sperm donor. She finds Rough instead, a man she could actually fall for. However it is already too late to take things slow so she leaves him behind to have her kids. After all Rough couldn't be interested in being a father right away, could he?.

This story is filled with a lot more emotion than I was expecting. Of course there are still steamy scenes, but there are a lot of tender, loving moments too. There are also some strong angry moments, but you understand why those happen when you get the whole story. I love how Rough steps up to take responsibility for his babies, but not because he has to but rather because he wants to. I didn't think Tessa was going to relent and allow him to be there for her and the babies, but I'm glad in the end that she agrees. Wish we could have seen a bit more from these two, like a sexy bedroom scene once she finally gets clearance from her doctor and what happens when Tessa introduces Rough to her father. I love the quick reads, but sometimes I do want more from the stories because they are over too quick and it's just as you start to really get into who the characters are.

I really liked this quick and steamy romance about a one night stand that leads to parenting twins. I liked that it included a woman who struggles with PCOS. It went into detail on how she struggled with infertility as a result and how it affected her marriage as well. Of course her ex is also a horrible person that wanted a baby if it was easy but wasn’t willing to put in the work when it wasn’t. Luckily Rough is extremely sweet, loving, and ready to show her she doesn’t have to do everything alone. I liked how hard he searched for her after their one night together. I also loved how he paid attention to her feelings and fears when he finds her again and asks for a chance to be together. He was a wonderful character and I loved his story.

Rough and Tessa have an amazing one-night stand, and he's ready for more. But she's disappeared. He spends months looking for her, finally locating her and his children, newborn twins. He has his work cut out for him, as he tries to convince her that not only can he be a great dad for their kids, but also that he's "the one" for her. She did him wrong by not letting him know she was pregnant. But he's the real hero her, stepping up to become the man that she and the twins need, being able to forgive her. This book is part of a series but can be read as a standalone. Rough is part of an MC. He meets a girl one night and they have that one night together. Rough fell for the girl, Veronica. Only to find out that she left him in the middle of the night. In vain, he searches for her, only to find out 9 months later who she really is!
This book was a quick wonderful read. I enjoyed reading it so much. The characters were great and developed. Even the secondary characters had some depth to them!.

The author has given us a fast-paced story that pulls us into the lives of Rough and Veronica/Tessa and does not let go. When she leaves, after one wonderful night together, Rough keeps searching for her to no avail. The story keeps us turning the pages with disappointment, secrets and hope.
