Blue Devils #2

Blue Moon: Blue Devils, Book 2

Rate this book
One night with this blue devil will make you a sinner!

Bad Boy Blue Angel pilot woos innocent virgin influencer.

Once a year, the Blue Angels perform for Fleet Week in my hometown of San Francisco. They fly over the Golden Gate Bridge wowing the crowds with daring sky stunts and fabulous formations.

Normally, I would just spend the day sunbathing on my rooftop deck. But this time, I’m getting my wings.

As a key influencer, I’ve been chosen to fly with a Blue Angel.

My heart leaps out of my chest when I meet Sawyer “Huck” Roberts, and it isn’t from the G-Force.

This Blue Devil has a girl in every city. Once he finds out I’m a virgin, he refuses to be my one-flight stand. Even so, I’m determined to change his mind.

When he asks me to come with him during his air show tour, I say yes, yes, and oh, yes.

We have nothing in common but cosmic chemistry. I am the sun, and he is the moon. And while the moon chases the sun, they can never be happy together as they’re destined to collide only in a total eclipse of the heart.

From best-selling author Alana Albertson comes an epic stand-alone ugly cry romance between a bad boy rock star pilot and an innocent influencer. Full length romance novel with a satisfying Happily Ever After.

To be honest I didn't care for Solana, at first. She's an instagram junkie but it's her career and is quite successful at a cost. If dates leave because of your phone addiction it's time to readjust priorities. She's really young and a bit immature for Sawyer, yet they click. He's exactly what you think about military guys, a woman in every city and never a relationship. Sawyer and Solana did a lot of changing over their courtship. My review comes voluntarily after reading an advanced copy.

I have been patiently waiting for this book and was glad to get my hands on it.
This is book 2 in this series and it is about
Sawyer he is a one night stand king and he has met his match in Solana , she is a virgin and wants him to be hers for the night , he won't bite at first and let's just say I would love to be a fly on that wall.
You have got to read this book to get what I am saying .
I can not wait for the next one

Overall I liked this book. I will admit I didn't care much for Sol and her job for half of the book. Luckily she got better as she and Sawyer started spending more time together. I was happy that they both were able to get over their issues. They deserved to be happy.

I received this book as part of an ARC review. It developed very slowly and I did enjoy reading the story. Sawyer was forced to give a plane ride to an influencer, Solana. He resented this at first but eventually changed his mind once he got to know Sol as she preferred to be called. Sawyer's usual actions of sleeping with the woman and then forgetting her didn't work with Sol. Instead he was a gentleman and when they got to know each other enough, Sawyer took Sol's virginity with her full approval. Sol's job caused friction between them but Sawyer was trying to accept it. When Sol told him she loved him, Sawyer panicked and broke up with her. His childhood had scarred him and when he saw an attempted hook-up with an ex's son, he finally accepted he loved Sol. Sawyer saw himself in the boy and offered to adopt him even though he wasn't the father to save the boy from a childhood like his. Lila, the hook-up, agreed right away. Next Sawyer went back to Sol to confess his love which she accepted with tears and some persuasion. Sawyer tells her about Neil and Sol agrees to adopt him as well. Sawyer proposes in true jet fighter fashion and all three become a family. Sol's job changes and she plans on going back to school. Sol wants to give up the fake life she's been living and live real life with Sawyer and Neil. The book is very realistic in how a relationship can develop.

**My thanks to the author and Hidden Gems for providing me with a free copy for an honest review**

I have been waiting a year for this book and i wasn't sure on this book until i got to the end, i mean i get that at 22 Sol is still a virgin, but not the way that she practically threw herself at Sawyer, let alone followed him to another part of America after only a few days.

Sawyer, a man who has a girl in every city and is forced to take Sol up in his plane after a stunt in the air gets him in trouble finds that he cannot get a girl out of his head for a change and does not sleep with her immediately like he would with other girls.

This book has a slow development and eventually Solana develops a backbone and stands up for herself when Sawyer is being nasty to her.

Eventually we get our HEA when something happens to Sawyer and her realises just how wrong her was and that he really does love Solana and wants her back.

It's a sweet read, but not something that i feel for me could be read over and over again.

Took them by surprise!
Sawyer is a Blue Angel pilot, social media specialist, and manwhore. On the other hand, Solana is a social “influencer” with a huge following, but innocent in her unreal life. He is forced to take Solana up with him in San Francisco not only to improve the group's reputation, but also to try to redeem his tattered reputation. They both are forced to face the way they are living their lives and figure out what would make them more content both in the present and in the long run. For two basically shallow characters in the beginning together make for an admirable pair both together and as individuals. Great characters, definitely interesting story, and insightful author.

I love the Blue Angels so this book grabbed my attention.

Sawyer is a Blue Angel Pilot, has a girl in every city and has past demons.
Solana is a social media Influencer.

Sawyer gets in trouble and has to take Solana in his Jet and isn't happy about it. Sawyer is irritated with all the pictures Solana takes and how she lives her life, but as the flight goes on there is something about her that intrigues him. He invites her to a Gala and then to his next airshow. From here Sawyer and Solana take you on an amazing journey full of ups and downs.

The ending was cool how it brought back someone from Sawyers past and as he listened and saw what was happening, he realized that was what had happened to him as a child and he needed to do something to help. What he does and how the story ended was amazing.

I fell in with Solana (Sol) and Sawyer and the humor in this book was great!

Sol-- an influencer of IG and blogger who won an opportunity of a life time to fly with a Blue Angel. Little did she know, she was about to meet a Cocky Pilot and will have her world flipped upside-down (literally). Sol is pure and falls hard and quickly for Sawyer.

Sawyer-- a Cocky Blue Angel Pilot and Marine, who is forced to take an influencer and blogger for a flight. A confident Playboy who is blindsided and freaked out when feelings grow for Sol.

Together they make the perfect couple. Opposites who Attract.

I received a complimentary ARC from Hidden Gems Books in exchange for an honest review.

I received a free ARC of this novel via Hidden Gems in exchange for an honest review. However, my opinion is my own.

From reading the blurb on this I wasn't expecting much. That said, I really enjoyed it. This author really got into the fact that people don't make REAL connections like they used to because of the internet and social media. The heroine had millions of Instagram followers but no real friends. The male lead didn't really ever let himself form real relationships and kept everyone at a distance. They both have gone through a lot and really do well together. I definitely recommend this book and will look for more done by this author in the future.

Can Sawyer love Solana?
This is my 11th book by Alana and I love her stories about military men meeting women! Sawyer has to fly Solana for a press stint, but there is something about her that keeps him unsettled. The more time they spend together, the more it seems that maybe there is something there. But what happens when Solana says those 3 little words? Will Sawyer break it off? You have to read to find out and won’t put the book down until you finish.

A pretty darn good read. Sometimes when you start a book, it seems like only the names have been changed but the storyline remains the same. Blue Moon starts that way. Thankfully the storyline takes off and the overall reading experience gains momentum and the HEA makes the crazy journey worthwhile. Besides...who doesn’t love a man in a flight suit with aviator glasses? Yummy! (I voluntarily reviewed an advance reader copy of this book and enjoyed it.) ❤️❤️

A sweet sweet story.

I liked how she wrote about relevant issues in a social media world. This book is not a long read but in the short amount of time Alana clearly gets her very insightful and wise point across.
She’s great about writing real, human, and flawed characters.
Really recommend the book.

There is an undeniable attraction between two unlikely characters, a pilot/man-whore and a virgin blogger.

You know when you read a book but it doesn't really stick. You end up rereading, getting distracted, and procrastinating on the book due to it being so boring. Well this book is that mind numbingly boring. I scrubbed toilets to avoid this book.

Surprisingly, I finished this ridiculous story about a virgin girl being ridiculous for some A holes attention. They judge each other's life at first then boy inserts in girl and they have insta love.
No depth is story, bland writing, worse than scrubbing toilets. I don't recommend this book.
