Let me just say, I didnt hate the book, the ideas were solid, world jumping, a basic economy. What I had an issue with is the main character is not a good dude. And I dont mean, gruff but solid, he's both an asshole, and self absorbed. He believes slavery is his right in ruling. He's a villain, not someone you want to root for. Next up, Editing. If I see too many errors I often just stop right there, but seeing as it's the author's first book, i pushed through. But it needs Editing something fierce. I would suggest more proof readers, because a lot of the errors were very obvious. 3 stars, not the worst, but boy does this tale need work. And an MC who isnt a colossal dickhead.
Gave the book a read from start to finish in one sitting. A bit slow but by chapter to the pacing flowed into a very interesting tale. I found a few errors nothing too drastic. 9 out 10.
