Seemed to have some inaccuracies, e.g Aspirin is used for heart attacks, not paracetamol.
I like the chapters on mindset and how this is often the most important aspect of survival, but expected a bit more technical detail given as it was written by a former member of the special forces.
A quick read which is what I wanted to get the ball going for the new year. nothing spectacular but I like the authors humour and now at least I have a fools confidence if I get caught in a tundra.
