Vinnie Fisher is a businessman, entrepreneur, author, husband, and father. He has been married for almost 20 years to his wife Debbi, and together they have four children: Sophia, Vinny, Jacob, and Elizabeth.

A lawyer by trade, Vinnie practiced tax and business law for 10 years before leaving the field in 2007 to pursue entrepreneurship full-time. His first venture, Creative Learning Workshop, provides day habilitation and vocational services to adults with developmental disabilities. Vinnie sold the business in 2009, after opening nine locations in Ohio and providing many of new jobs for Ohio residents.

In 2007, Vinnie also started his first of many Internet-based businesses, an information publishing company that taught clients how to start, grow, and maintain their own successful work-from-home businesses. Vinnie sold the business in 2010, and that same year opened the first of a suite of web hosting companies: Brain Host. Over the next few years, Vinnie opened additional web hosting and website development companies, including Purely Hosting, FreeWebsite.com, All Phase Hosting, and Quick Launch Solutions.

By the summer of 2014, Vinnie had caught the entrepreneurial bug again and opened Fully Accountable, a full-service accounting firm that provides virtual CFO, bookkeeping, and accounting services for small and medium closely held businesses. What makes Fully Accountable truly unique is that their team doesn't just prepare clients' financial reports--they actually review and analyze their reports and send clients daily, actionable feedback on what they need to know about their business. It's that unique selling proposition that has skyrocketed Fully Accountable's growth in an amazingly short period of time. Vinnie currently serves as Chairman of the Board and Chief Visionary for the business.

Also in 2014, Vinnie opened Site Trust, a website monitoring and security firm that provides 24/7 uptime monitoring, website security seals, and a comprehensive suite of security tools for website owners. These tools help establish trust with website visitors, which in turn helps to increase conversions, sales, and profits. As with Fully Accountable, Vinnie now serves as Chairman of the Board for Site Trust.

And as if 2014 wasn't a busy enough year already, at the end of the year Vinnie wrote his first book, The Best Investment: A Better You and opened his publishing company, A Better You Publishing. The book launched in February of 2015 in conjunction with a presentation Vinnie gave about growing and scaling your business at the Traffic & Conversion Summit in San Diego.

Honestly one of the best and most important books I have ever read on business financials! While many of the concepts explained may be considered basic by some, they are nonetheless rarely understood or applied by many business owners. I'm excited to have begone applying these principles and to be making changes to better manage the financials of my business...to focus on decreasing waste and increasing profit, before worrying about revenue. I highly recommend this book for any small business owner especially!
