easy to read, 'quite' meaningful, and packed in lustrous pages of artwork, dissecting 7 principles that made a successful version of herself with approach through the journey she has been through. in this book also insert some quotes that might be able to create a new perspective in looking at things.

one of my favorite parts "it's not what you are that holds you back, it's what you think you are not" by Denis Watley and one thing that stuck in my brain from her writing was "allow others to take the lead on the other things" it makes us self-reflect that we can't do everything, we need to draw our boundaries and set our limits, making sure that someone else will pick up with the things that i'm not going to do. i have highlighted so many things here and some i folded because when the conditions might be the same as in this book, then i can read them again, and maybe i can refuel and move forward

More an extended blog post than a book. Listened to the audio version through my library's online catalog. Sweet, but not awe inspiring.

Had some lovely quotes and one little gem of an idea where she says I "scatter joy in my work and in my life". I particularly liked the idea of this and am going to try a bit of it myself and keep in mind that kindness and generosity doesn't have to be made in grand gestures but can be small, thoughtful moments. I also like the image she used in saying - when carving your path, use inspiration and new environments and learning to keep yourself from creating a rut.

Short, about 60 minutes for the audio version and the narrator had a sweet voice.
