So this book had a few good one liners here and there but honestly it doesn't tell you anything at all. The whole book is like, "it's hard realizing You're a shit but listen to ppl when they tell you you suck and stop sucking."

Important read and subject matter even for those who don’t think they’re “toxic”. It provides helpful insight into the underlying actors driving manipulative behavior and the various ways it may manifest.
So this book has good info, but it’s a bit over the top. At the end of page 145c it says “as we reach the culmination of this profound journey.” Dude, it’s page 145c and it’s very repetitive. So repetitive, and organized in such a similar fashion that it almost certainly was written by Chat GPT.
