It is an exceptional read that strays from the path of effective leadership and explores the less traveled road of bad leadership. There are a ton of great stories that serve as valuable experiences and lessons to learn from. A must-read for anyone looking to enhance their leadership abilities.

Raw, authentic, and much needed - this book highlights the detrimental effects of bad leadership. Sometimes, the best examples are the bad ones. I learned a ton of "what not to do" from this book, and it's definitely a refreshing take on leadership.
