DEATH'S CATHEDRAL is the exciting next installment in the SHADOW KNIGHT Series, as New Hampshire's Shane Ryan, the former Marine ghost hunter who has seen Ghosts since childhood, continues tracking Guthrie and Lazarus, the criminal human and the Supernatural entity who nearly captured Shane's life and soul in the massively secret illegal Iron Tournament. Shane's next clue is a quiet small community in Alberta, Canada, a town whose populace was instantly wiped out and where investigators become possessed.
Where the First installment was "wild and crazy," with nonstop action, DEATH'S CATHEDRAL is homier and a little pause to breathe for Shane and his Detroit Homicide detective Jacinta. But from the beginning, a well-attended high school baseball game, right on to the end, the tension and Suspense are building to overwhelming Terror, as everything Shane discovers about the mysterious and elusive Supernatural entity Lazarus seems increasingly impossible, unending all his knowledge and accumulation of ghost lore.

First I love that this starts off within hours of where we left off in book one! Shane's battered and hurting but doesn't have time to sleep before he finds out that things are happening in Canada that can't wait!
The beginning of the story really grabbed me and freaked me out which I wasn't expecting because in my opinion, book one was kinda tame. This one is much more "on the edge of your seat" material. I wasn't sure what in the heck was gonna happen next!
The first book was good but this one definitely keeps you turning the pages to see what's going to happen!
I definitely recommend it and am jumping right into the third book!

When Shane Ryan was drawn into underground fighting that was going on between humans and ghosts he had no idea what he was truly getting involved in. But as the series continues, he is hunting Lazarus, trying to determine how he could absorb the ghosts, and grow stronger.
With a ghostly sidekick with a strange side, Shane searches for Lazarus but is tipped off about a town that was destroyed. Every person was killed by an invisible force, and Shane knows that somehow Lazarus is behind it.
Absolutely loved this book! It was amazing!

All I can say here is WOW!! This one rocks. After surviving the Iron Tournament, Shane Ryan embarks on a journey of revenge against Guthrie and Lazarus, the mysterious and deadly being who seems invincible. The journey takes Shane into the Canadian wilderness to a town where everyone died under mysterious circumstances. This will be Shane's toughest challenge yet.
This is a smoothly written book. There is enough suspense to keep you turning pages and the scares are mind blowing. I found it unputdownable.

Love Shane Ryan
So I absolutely love the character Shane Ryan but in this book I feel his character didn't live up to his full potential. After building up Lazarus so much, Shane killed him in a few sentences and Shane didn't lose a body part or anything!! I think it was a cop out for the author. I will be reading the next boom though. Awesome Shane
This series is off the charts. I'm really am enjoying the new adventures of Shane. At the same time I like that it continues from the first book. Lots of action and plenty of ghosts. Let me tell you there's no way you will get bored you might find it hard to put down.

Love Shane Ryan
Great new read. The lead character just gets better and better. It' s good to see his relationship with Jacinta taking form. I always look forward to new Shane Ryan novels!!

Wow
Found one error in spelling, read the whole book in one day, and heard it read in Thom Bowers voice the whole time. It was surprising yet very very good and the new character.... Well......I can't wait for the next book in this series. On to tavern of terror book 4.

Glad I can't see ghosts
Again Shane is stuck in the middle of a ghost nightmare. Tracking Lazaras, going here and there getting all the info so he can to kill him. Looking forward to the next book and hopefully one day seeing Shane take a ghost free vacation.
