Um, can we say HOT!!! This is a short erotic story of an enchanted, or I guess cursed, locket that finds its way to Selena at a time when she needed it most. She's just been dumped by her con artist boyfriend who not only broke her heart, but stole all her money along with the engagement ring she paid for! (Jerk) After checking out the locket her aunt sent and promptly dismissing it as it's not her style, she heads to bed. Enter Khan. Cursed demon who is attached to the locket and is there to provide 3 nights of unimaginable pleasure before disappearing forever. Holy cow that pleasure was HOT!!! The chemistry between these two was off the charts. Khan helps Selena understand a part of her she didn't realize was missing, her submissive side. After the three nights, she's devastated when Khan has to leave and is desperate to find a way to bring him back for good. I really liked this story. I think the author did a great job portraying the BDSM scenes and the emotional side of Selena and Khan's time together. I can't wait for more from her! :)

This was short and sweet with 52 pages. I was given this copy from the author in exchange of a review. I feel honored to read this, especially I don't get to read stories that remind me of genies often!
Selena got this locket from her aunt after her bad breakup with her ex-fiancee who turned out to be a con man who swindled her out of her savings. Then one night she looked at her locket and it turned hot. Bam! This FINE man came out and promised her that her wildest fantasies will come true for the 3 nights - more real than what she has been reading in her "secret" books. That part, I love how he listed the actual titles of books such as Story of O for one. Man, a dreamy man who reads these erotica with BDSM elements - love it!
The sex - pretty hot and I like it! Was it so hot that I whimpered every time Selena got whipped? No, but I definitely still enjoyed the scenes, regardless! I like that there was so much sex in the story and yet the story showed how Selena struggled in her life outside of home with that yummy man, especially at work. It was a simple erotic story with a lot of spices in the novella.

I LIKED this one. Sexy, hunk of a demon and a woman who finally finds what she's been dreaming of. Throw in some workplace tension and a curse or two and I'm a happy reader.

His dark magic unlocks some deep secrets from her body and heart and so the burning desire she has for him allows him to bend her to his will and erase all of her real-world cares. Sadly the locket only binds him for the three nights for some soul-searing pleasure and just as Selina realises that she just cannot live without him demon Khan disappears and she has to cope with reality. Her boss has framed her to take the fall for some serious crimes that he has committed and if she does not give in to his advances now she will end up in jail. With nothing left to lose Selina takes a leap of faith on the one man she wants to truly possess her if only she is the one woman to free him.
I really enjoyed this novella which was definitely in the erotic classification. I liked the premise of the story around Selina and three fronts - Khan, her ex-fiance and her boss. For such a clever woman who was obviously great at her work, she definitely had issues with her management of relationships with people. Very enjoyable and I loved the way the story ended. Contains a lot of explicit sexual content which involves a lot of BDSM.

The little novella will appeal most to fantasy fans who favor D/s relationships, but anyone who has ever been royally dumped on by life and/or a lover will rejoice in the revenge aspects that drive the story. Selena, the woman who loses everything in the beginning, is a heroine to cheer for, while Khan, the Dominant of her deepest desire, is a dream come true. This book was a gift, and this is a voluntary independent review.

This is a hot one!!
Oh this is a hot one! Selena and Khan heat up the pages for sure. It's a quick read and I devoured it in one sitting. The characters had really good chemistry and were very likeable. It's magical and erotic and definitely my cup of tea. Would recommend to anyone who likes erotic romance with a little magic involved.

Burning for him is a down on her luck woman named Selena, whose ex-fiancée swindled her out of money and ran off. As if that wasn't bad enough, Selena also has to deal with the unwanted advances of her boss Jason, who'll resort to anything, including blackmail to get Selena into his bed. Things get more complicated for Selena when she receives an antique locket, upon opening it, she unleashes the demon Khan. For the next 3 nights, Khan is bound to pleasure Selena in every way possible.
The sex scenes were great and I liked how their was a little humor mixed into some parts, for instance there's one part revolving around a floating toy. Khan and Selena are two characters you can't help, but be drawn to. I felt for the ordeal Selena was going through with her fiancée and boss, then when she starting falling in love with Khan I felt for her more. As for Khan, even though he's a dominant, you sense there's more to him and the way he cares about Selena shows he has a heart. As the end of their time nears the end, you're left wondering will they end up together or will Khan's cursed life take him away from the woman he loves?

Just when Selena thinks things can't get any worse... her aunt sends her a brooch that is self-heating! Next thing she knows, a hunky demon is there to make all her dreams come true but only for 3 nights.
This story is a hot and sexy read that is perfect for either a coffee or lunch break. There is enough story to it to feel like you've actually read something but obviously doesn't bog you down with too many details.
I won't say anything about the story, you can read the synopsis for that but what I will say is that this was very well written and thoroughly enjoyable. Definitely recommended.

I really did like this short story, its like Genie in a bottle but its a demon locked up in a locket, and he can come out to sexually dominate women for 3 nights only, but Selena always wanted an alpha male to dominate her but she never expected to find her self falling for a domineering male coming out of a locket. Well 3 nights was enough time with Khan and Selena wanted him forever, she broke the rules and opened the locket on the 4th day and find out her life as she knew it changes for the better.

This book is very interesting to say the least. It kept me on the edge of my seat, till I finished it. I could not put it down till I got to the end.
I have to say the only reason this did not get a 5 star review is because it comes to an abrupt ending. The ending is very jarring to say the least. But that did not distract from the story line at all.

Burning For Him...is the book equivalent of eating a giant bag of candy all alone. It's naughty, you sneak away to devour it alone, feel guilty, but can't stop. Kahn is a treasure for Selena and she his short moment in paradise. The delicious, tortuous and devilishly unique things Kahn has Selena experience at his hand, was exciting to read, you secretly hoped they'd find a way to unlock the demons curse. A very hot and fun read.

Really enjoyed this hot little read, although it was just a bit too heavy on the BDMS side of things for my personal liking.
Would also like to have seen the H and h communicate a bit more and maybe form more of a non sexual connection. It kind of felt as if their love was purely based on their sexual compatibility.

Wow! What girl doesn't want a Genie to cater to her every desire? Especially if she's shy like Selena? Khan knows exactly what she wants and pushes her limits. Selena has dropped down the rabbit hole and she doesn't want to come back. Sizzling decadence at it's best. Nice read!

This is a really interesting twist on the Genie in the Bottle story. There is a strong BDSM element throughout this book but a good story line as well.
