Heather Whelpley is coming to speak to the CSB Alumnae Board meeting on Saturday, so I was really excited to read her book. The book triggered a lot of sensitive areas for me, so it's good that I read it. I need to do some of the activities within the book, so that's my next step.

If you are needing to take a step back from a very busy, overworked life, this book may help you.

I really enjoyed this book. I could relate to the stories Heather shared and even had to check myself on being an over achiever while reading it. I hadn’t done the questions at the end of the first chapter so felt I couldn’t move forward reading it. I did get past it and plan to go back and read the book again. There are great life lessons in this book.
