Notes on Hebrews: We See Jesus

Rate this book
As we approach the study of Jesus in Hebrews it is imperative that the sanctity of that name which is hallowed throughout Scripture-lauded by angels, adored by saints, and before which every knee will bow in a coming day (Phil. 2:10)-be understood and appreciated. The purpose of this book is to draw attention to the importance of this lovely name, and to remind believers of the glory and the grandeur of the One who, through the second Person of the triune Godhead, the Creator and Sustainer of the universe, "took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men" (Phil. 2:7). It is hoped that this small study will have the secondary effect of stirring us to a greater appreciation of the Lord Jesus Christ and His work on the cross of Calvary.
