Readability 8. Rating 5. Harmless, but probably on the lower end of helpful relative to other books of this ilk. I seem to get a lot of these books in my line of work and they have a very similar feel - an attempt to explain how a successful person both attributes their success and perhaps acknowledges how they deal with their shortcomings. The problem is that process is highly idiosyncratic, no matter how the author dresses it up in broad guidelines.

A bit rudimentary for my taste, but hopefully that’s a sign i’ve thought a bit about what it takes to do and actually do it! Chapter 11 on (focusing on tools, attitude, and a life lived ON) were the best sections by far, and always great to have many anecdotes and examples from North Carolinians. Go Heels!
