Frankenstein: IT Support

Rate this book
My creator once reveled in his mastery over life and death. He dug from graves, stitched me together, and brought me to life. However, he never anticipated how hard it would be to get good tech support. Frustrated, he shoved books in my face. After I ate a few, he then taught me to read.

Frankenstein: IT Support
By: James Livingood
Narrated by: Michael Gilboe
This is an audio book I got from freeaudiblecodes and the review is my own opinion.
It's a clever take on what the IT service personnel has to put up with in their jobs then add in a factor of one of those persons being a Frankenstein monster who loves his cat named Fluffy (who is really a dog).
I found it a short, clever and witty book. The narration was really good.

This is a must-read for anyone who has ever worked in tech support. All of the phone calls that Adam gets have happened to all of us in tech support at some point in time. They were great and fun illustrations of what a tech support person goes through (even with requesting a satellite – I have had this request before).

I’m sure all tech support people have put in the support ticket some not-so-positive remarks and eventually those will come back to bite you!

What was even better was the narration of this book (it even included some music and sound effects). This was truly a fun and short read.

Thanks, James, for the free book!
