This book was very disappointing. I almost didn't finish it, but since the audio version was only 3 hours I plodded through. It was rather boring and did not provide many new insights.
This was ok. I have enjoyed other books on minimalism and essentialism more, but this was a brief overview. Came across as kind of harsh at times, but you’re either into these philosophies or not.
Not my cup of tea, but to be fair, I listened to the book while commuting and most of the book is introspective questions that really need you to pause and write your thoughts and goals.
