l'm still in awe over Kit and Penny's story. Now I wished I listened to all the stories in this series. I was able to do stuff and got my reading time in without taking a pause. Poppy really came into herself when she knew she had to stop a serial "were" killer. Will she be able to confront her fears and will her nightmares ever disappear? Will Kit finally give in to his mate or continue to refuse her because he felt he didn't deserve her? Is everyone gonna leave my beloved clan? Luna and Lachlan ehh😛🥰. I see some fireworks happening inside my tummy. We need their story and the rest of the crew. What did Astra and Bellamy have? boy, girl or both? I promise you you will love this book. It was spectacular. Page turning or ear listening worthy.

Kit exceeded my expectations! I loved his and Penny/Poppy’s story, there was just so much we didn’t know. Throw in they are mates, which neither really wants at first, and then they accept it. Plus, he learns to trust while she starts to stand up for herself, adding another layer for them. We swing from finding information, to tracking down, to being the hunted, and everything in between, and there was never a dull moment. Plus, as a bonus, we get to see glimpses of our next couple, and those two mature weres already have me intrigued!

Kit is an Enforcer for the Lykosium, the council that bullies/councils the wolf shifters. Penelope has been cooking for the ranch for a while after a traumatized past. When Kit asks for help finding the person who abused her she agrees and is further shocked to realize he is her mate. Poppy agrees and is shocked to discover she needs closure in order to move on. Can she survive the mister from her past and the hunk in her future?

The cover of this book doesn't do a thing for the story or me. The guy looks like a dork.

Story was ok. I like how Penny found her backbone. But, it reads like a million other paranormal shifter romance stories around humans exploiting shifters (some probably written by Eve herself).

I've not been a huge fan of this series and will probably stop here and move onto others.

Very Good Story!!

I absolutely loved this book as well as the others. Loved the characters and storyline so much. Poppy, Kit, Darian, Hammer. Lochlan and Luna saved the day and gave Gerard his due!! What a good read. Poppy overcame her shadows and found love with Kit. Love how this ended and can’t wait to read Luna and Locklan’s story. 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰💜💜💜💜💜😊😊😊😊😊

This series is starting to grow on me. Great lead characters with excellent chemistry. Kit was a wonderful character and Poppy/Penny showed real strength and growth of character throughout this book. I will definitely read next book.

Not a fan of torture and abuse in a storyline so this was not my favorite in this series but I still like the shifter magic and the love story....instalove everytime.
