This book covers the fundamentals of change management and examines the practical success criteria for change. It informs readers that change management is a complicated process that must not only begin at many levels but also bring together the most diverse interests of all engaged constructively. Understanding the potential reasons for change failure is just as essential as knowledge of the numerous success elements that contribute to its success in this regard. Knowing this, the book discusses a variety of subjects, such as stakeholder analysis, the use of social intranets for communication and idea development, and intrapreneurship initiatives as a source of long-term transformation. This book is primarily intended for managers at all levels of the organization who are tasked with managing change. It is, nevertheless, appropriate as a textbook for practice-oriented study.
