Lee Isserow is an award-winning screenwriter and filmmaker, with over fifteen years spent trawling the back streets and dark alleys of the 'entertainment' industry.
Lee lives in Liverpool, England because they accidentally bought a house there. Don't ask how that happened - they used to drink a lot.

I am happy to say each of the books in Lee Isserow’s many series is a wonderful standalone novel worth reading. They are only enhanced by getting into the whole series, building upon the characters, with returning as well as new ones in every volume. Each plot is quite different and well thought out. His writing is a pleasure all to itself.
In this second book involving The Circle, the world is being threatened on two fronts. Something is teaching the mundanes magic as they sleep. Normal people weren’t intended to wield magic and when they wake their magic is erupting in devastating ways. Can The Circle find the culprit teaching the mundanes and put a stop to this before more lives are lost?
In the larger picture, one of the Old Ones, a god from the abyss of a different realm, is trying to cross over into the Natural World. Such a god would destroy not only humanity but likely the universe itself. The Circle must call on one who has been a long time protector of this world if they are to have a chance at saving it. Shaman Kahgo was in the first book, but here you will come to know him much better. With his help, can the operatives of The Circle be able to save their world?
