there are some good points that can be taken away from it, but there some which are not up there for me. I give a middle raiting, reflecting my reading take away from this book.

All the "knowledge" in this book can be obtained by simply being alive and having any experience with other people.
*Narcissists think they are always right.
*Eye contact is a good sign of body language.
*lies of admission is a type of manipulation.
