A town thirsty for vengeance. A man cheated the noose. And Ryder's got a debt to settle the old-fashioned way.
When notorious outlaw Dale Madsen escapes the hangman’s rope, leaving blood and chaos in his wake, Wells Crossing is left reeling. Sheriff Rourke gathers a posse, but the law rides slow—and Ryder knows a man like Madsen doesn’t run unless he’s got a plan. With bullets in the air and death on the wind, Ryder finds himself tangled in a hunt that will lead him straight into the heart of hell itself.
Betrayal rides among them. The desert keeps its secrets. And in the end, justice might not be what it seems.
A brutal, gritty Western for fans of Cormac McCarthy and Larry McMurtry. If you like hard men, tough justice, and stories where the gun does the talking, Ryder – Gone to Hell is the ride you’ve been waiting for.
5 STARS for Wyatt Steele's Book 1 in his Classic Ryder Series. Great western, full of tough characters full of grit & filled with shoot-em-up action. Plus this storyline is full of every action one would except a possee to experience while riding through high deserts and canyons.
It took me a while to finish the book. It was entertaining story for those who like the genre. The last hour of the audiobook was wild and full of action and made the whole story. Ryder is a very interesting character and the embodiment of the traditional hero. The antagonist is despicable and low! Best line in the book? “We ride at dawn!” Classic fun western fare.
Alexa view at least are too hard to put on pages that keep disappearing so until change or try again as well but too drawn out and some places why what you’re doing a good job well read the next story but I doubt it’ll be anymore reviewsRWEKingnanAz and
