Intriguing, Unique Apocalyptic Story!
This story pulled me in from page one. The author's descriptive writing brings every detail of every moment to life. Rarely have I read a book with such incredible character development! The characters almost leap off the pages and it feels like you know them. Between descriptions, dialogue, characters' inner thoughts, and the narrative itself it's almost like watching a movie play out in your mind. Myth, magic, fantasy, and apocalyptic themes are all cleverly woven together in one story with excitement every step of the way. The story is constantly moving in different directions and you'll find yourself heavily invested in Erika Lily's journey from start to finish. Very highly recommend! I'm quite eager to read the next book in the series!

Spellbinding
The characters and storyline are very well developed. They weave together in a fluid, action filled manner that traps you as a thread in its magical web. I anxiously await part 2 to see how Erika and her chosen family bring order to the chaos brought forth from the stone circle.

I absolutely love this book!! All of the characters are so intriguing & work so well in this fantastic story! I cannot wait to read Part Two & see what thrills Ransom brings to this universe! This author is so talented, I am forever a devoted fan!! Keep them coming please!!

extraordinary post apocalyptic urban fantasy sci-fi adventure
This is an extraordinary adventure that is a bit post apocalyptic a bit urban fantasy and a bit science-fiction. Elements of all are intertwined together with a great cast of characters and an extraordinarily unique storyline. A group of women and one man taking college class about myths and legends from a college professor who claim to be the last in the lineage of ancient Shaman came down through the female line as family. At some point a select group of students became more than just students being taught by a professor and they began to actually delve into ancient magic long forgotten in our world. You must read on to find out all that happens but I will point out there is a few nefarious things going on that said into motion events that could very well destroy the world as we know it. Currently the main character is a strong female college student character whose boyfriend is military special forces will find out so much more about herself and where she comes from in the coming days. I am a huge apocalyptic fan as well as a huge urban fantasy fan so a mix of the two with a bit of sci-fi stirred in is just perfect. I already have book 2 and I’m planning on beginning it shortly. Read on and follow the adventure.

Really got immersed quickly into this story! Could easily picture the scenes and people. I’d say it’s a “roller coaster” read but there weren’t any dull spots, just kept my interest as it moved forward.
