Damnit, David, I swear I have no more tears left. I feel like a crybaby after reading 8 & 9 right after the other. This felt like the perfect ending to wrap up and connect all of the Half Orc and Shadowdance series. This was such a long and beautiful journey!

I love the redemption for Thren, I loved knowing Quarrah will never be forgotten ❤️ Haern will live on through Erin and create a better relationship with her grandfather 💜 I love that through all of this crazy darkness you put your characters through, most had a happy ending. I was very scared that you were going to kill off more characters 😱 my heart wouldn't be able to take it.

In the end, I am just so happy I found this series and Shadowdance 💜 because your writing gets me out of that reading slump and is like crack for my brain. I got ahold of The Keeper series, so I'm expecting to cry from that too 🤣

Never stop writing! Your #1 fan from Florida 💜

I took the day off work to stay up all night and marathon read this bad boy. David does your foot ever get tired from kicking so much ass? This finale was absolutely amazing. It had everything dude. I laughed I cried and I'm just mind blown. All the tie ins with the other series was exquisite and you did a great job tying off all your loose ends and giving us a worthy send off. Once again thanks for letting us get away from our problems and get to enjoy your world. Thanks dude you kick ass.
