"Love yourself"
"Go in front of a mirror and say I love you"
These are the only things that are mentioned in the whole book. I won't say these ways are incorrect for raising confidence for an under-confident person.
However, I believe that to raise confidence the first step is to do something and get successful in smaller things.
Let's say someone has a stage-fear. He can't keep telling himself in the mirror, "I am a great orator. I am awesome. I love myself"
For that, he needs to start from a smaller audience where he could develop his confidence.
Maybe my ideologies are different from the author. The things mentioned in the book might help other people, but not for me.
I would appreciate if the practical solutions were given to recognize the self.

I'm glad that I will be able to engage with this material again. I'm struggling with knowing who I am, much less, where I can go from here; but I'm striving to finger it out. I believe this material was and will be more helpful as I go over this again as well as investigate similar information which addresses other areas which combined might finally trigger a breakthrough to change.
