I’m usually not a fan of workbooks. I prefer to read books and then share them with friends. Any book worth reading should be worth sharing.

But this not your standard workbook. This is book for keeping- and maybe sharing; but perhaps only with one or two people. Or yourself over the rest of your life.

This is more of a journal of discovery than anything else.

And by discovery, I mean SELF-discovery.

This is not a journey for the timid or unprepared.

This is a map-less, horizon-less, possibly endless journey.

Which really means that this is the beginning, the opening overture that sets the stage for the rest of the performance.

If you are considering such a journey, you need this book.

It is for beginners – but it is also comprehensive.

Introspection is hard work that requires courage and stamina.

And perhaps a hint of willingness to go where few have gone before.

But many have gone on parallel journeys across continents and centuries.

If it is your time, be sure to keep this book on hand. You will want to keep a record of your journey...
