Cogs and Fur continue the steampunk retelling of beloved fairy tales. In Cogs and Fur, we have a Beauty and the Beast version that C.I. Chevron does a masterful job of meshing elements of steampunk with. The main character, Aurelia, a werewolf, is hunted by members of a shadowy organization determined to use her unique properties to produce invincible soldiers. The story races through the streets of 1870's London at a breathtaking pace. The action is nonstop, and the descriptions of airships, modified humans, and machines are spot on. A HUGE thumbs up!
